I was in middle school the first time I recall getting played. Prettiest girl in my generation sat next to me, judging with my current knowledge, she was an egotistical sadistic and hedonistic female, that surrounded herself with orbiters and a female court that imitated or agreed with her every criticism and sadistic action (pencil stabbing, pinching, etc). I rubbed out thinking about her every night.

This repeated often. Soon it was help with homework and stuff, that required her to hold my pinky and bite her lip whenever I rolled my eyes. Got a couple of hugs too. I was doing double the schoolwork. The kicker: at the time, I thought she liked me. Even after I saw her making out with a kid behind school. For real.

She wasn't the last female to do this. This repeated often through life, in school, work, etc. Even random places where I would help a damsel in distress that needed some extra money for something. Or someone to run an errand. I didn't even want to do some of this stuff.

I have no doubt that after helping or doing something for these females, they went after to some Alpha male and dropped their own panties on his behalf.

Even with girlfriends this played cycle abuse kept happening. I'm her boyfriend, she needs my help, she needs money, she needs me.

Right?! Riiiiiiight.

One fine day I placed a ring on one such girl, she said yes and wedding planning began. Except that it then it all became about the wedding. Which I couldn't afford at some point. Then she fell upon the penis of some guy who could afford her wedding.

And that guy? Well, of course he was getting played, too.

I don't hate women, I love them! To no end, maybe too much! I just felt played and manipulated to an extreme. Women where not what my mom taught me they where supposed to be (kind, loving, ever understanding). But motherly love is a different kind of female.

Many dates, women and one marriage later. Thank you Internet. I found this was a common pattern, some guys (naturals) knew how to handle women correctly, others (none-naturals) began to learn how and spread the understanding.

I became one of those PUAs, all this anger from years turned to revelation and then a quiet revenge. My motives changed, but where not quite clear. I felt compassion for women, their mood swings, whims and behavior. For almost 11 years I've been seducing and loving (with firmness).

But I still couldn't mentally digest why men HAVE to be played...

At a coffee date, I saw at another table, this guy being manipulated and berated by a female younger than himself. My date simply said "I don't know what he did, but he probably deserved it, most men are idiots".

Most of us men are classified as idiots or pawns. Until we are not.

You either are or not a pawn. You will be either played or not. A woman will make that assessment for you them moment an interaction with her begins. You will be sized up, shit tested and then labeled "Provider" or "Fuck Material". Plain and simple.

I began reading TRP and it opened a box of enlightenment for me. I also felt like I wasted a good 20 years of my life by not knowing this...

I was playing a game without the rules, instructions and blindfolded.

Seeing everything with a clear picture is mind blowing. Even after knowing the traits of seduction, even with 100+ women under my belt. The true nature of relationships hit like a truck. It made me sick, literally.

I re-examined my childhood, my teens and adult life. Through the lens of TRP. I was humbled at my innocence, saddened by the reality, but happy to know the Truth.
