The 'disconnect' or 'ghosting' occurs when the quality of the interaction changes. Never ask to hang out. You're giving them a choice and the choice to not hang out is easier to rationalize. You need to tell them to hang out and do something specific. Like hey, such and such is going on, come over. It's much easier to say yes to because there is only one option presented, you don't offer them the out which is a safer choice, and bitches love being told what to do. Be assumptive. Don't put it onto them to figure out what they want to do. Present one option and close hard.

What's to deal with? Approach is a percentage game. If your success rate is too low, figure out why and fix it. I had a friend in the direct marketing business; he makes a six figure income despite the fact that only three people out of a thousand respond to a campaign. It's because you're not escalating enough when your with them. So you really become forgettable the next morning.

If you get a number early on during the night. Around the time you're about to call it night, text that number and see if she's still out if so tell her you're about to go back to your place and make pancakes and listen to music/watch a movie. It's a hail mary and will tell you if she was even remotely interested in the first place. If she gets to your crib, surprise for her because there are no pancakes lol. Only a pack of condoms on the coffee table and Sharknado 3 loud on the TV. Too late to back out now, gotcha bitch.

If you want to ensure you see a girl after the night out, make plans before you get the number. Don't think as being the number as a step in getting a lay such as :first, approach, then game, then get number, then get get date, then meet etc. Chat her up about whatever place you intended on inviting her in the first place, then once she confirms she's down or didn't actively say no, tell her to pull out her phone to take your number down.

Don't text them to talk to them. Keep texting focused on logistics.

Get her going IRL, then when you have her number, say something like "You should meet me at ______" and pick up where you left off last when you see her in person again. Textings such an impersonal, boring thing. You're not going to reasonably make any impression through it, especially when she's probably texting 20 other people at the same time.

Hard to give you advice if your ego is so sensitive. Are you fit? What would you estimate your SMV? What kind of babes are you texting? Are they above or below your SMV? These things matter and ghosting is a sign you're fishing in waters that you have no business being in. Imagine if some Chris Hemsworth looking motherfucker got the same numbers you were. Think he would get ghosted?

Either increase the volume at which you approach or find change your venues to places you'd be less likely to find these kinds of chicks.
