Feminism at a fundamental level

Hey people of trp, long time lurker and first post here, so here goes...

I cannot for the life of me, fathom feminism at a fundamental level. As far as I am aware their primary objective is to achieve gender equality, I agree with them within biological restraints. However the way feminists have tried to achieve this is nonsensical.

Surely if you wanted to achieve equality between two parties, both parties need to work in unison, as both parties are involved in the larger picture. Instead Feminism has drawn up their battle plans AGAINST half of the population of the world, and declared a full scale war.

In my opinion what they should really be doing to achieve equality is to scrap feminism, write it off as the failed attempt that it refuses to acknowledge, and start a new movement. Lets call it Humanitism, and instead of creating a gender war, bring in the other half of the population to the inner circle rather than pointing fingers from a distance.

Personally speaking I have no motivation to progress their way of life when we are being labeled the enemy. It is straight up stupid!

On a final note equality means that feminism wants to climb the metaphorical ladder to be at the same height as men. In my opinion this is just a classic case of the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. If feminism was to reach the same height, would they not retreat due to the reality of life?
