I thought I maintained my frame pretty well.

Not really mate. Let's take this by steps:

first mistake was opening up with a free compliment and also a very trite one that she's probably heard from a thousand betas
then you immediatley replied to her even if she took five and a half hours to get back to you, which shows you were just waiting for her word and not really busy with something or someone else
worse, you replied by pre-emptively excusing her delay
then you reinforced the lame-ass 'I was busy' excuse, which is pretty lame because unless she is a surgeon and had her hands in someone's chest cavity she would have found 5 seconds to reply to you
the rest of the conversation you kept it on neutral territory: sports, education, life situation, family activities... not exactly likely to give her the tingles, and it certainly frame the conversation as 'safe and polite' rather than 'exciting and sexy'
your escalation was indeed to quick, in the sense that you went from "We're just having boring small talk" to "come having drinks at my place" in one text, which inevitably caused her to WTF

Read up on text game from the sidebar, heartiste especially, you need to do a lot of work on the foundations there. Also have a re-read of the basic materials here, your texts indicate a non-abudance, she-comes-first mentality that's not really conductive to banging chicks.

She made you wait all day before responding and you responded within minutes. This sends the signal that you're available and eager. Later you tell her you're so eager that you let a tinder message interrupt your workout. Your time should be more valuable than that, and you send that message through your actions, i.e., not responding to her right away. So that first page of texts should have never happened. Instead, an hour later message her "np, we all get busy" or something.
The disqualification and push/pull with the "Bears fan" thing was pretty good and she took it well.
Your response to where you live is all wrong. Firstly, you should be more evasive/vague when she asks questions about you. Secondly, that text is markedly longer than hers, which is almost always bad. Even if a girl sends "lol" you should usually only send nothing more than "k", "bye" or "wtf", or wait a day or two and start a fresh conversation. Never put more effort in to an interaction than she does, and ideally you should put less in. Make her feel like she has to win you.
When she asked about your major and you answer, you're letting her drive the conversation while simultaneously accepting her "interview" frame. Your major is irrelevant, and both of you know it, and talking about it is boring. The correct response would either be "yawn" then change the subject, or "beat-boxing" (or anything flippant and silly like that). Never take a girl's interview question seriously. In fact, rarely take anything seriously, especially over text.
Again, the long text after she gives you a one-word response about her major. "yikes" would have sufficed, it sends the same message, is shorter, funnier, and she can't tell if you're joking (confusion and ambiguity is a powerful tool, get that hamster spinning!)
You double texted with the party invite, wrote a long useless text about it, come off as wishy-washy about what you want to do (seeking her leadership and validation). "I have some good whiskey[/whatever]. Come over." Although, this still isn't ideal. Firstly, drinking liquor for it's own sake isn't "fun", and secondly, it's too "obvious". You need to give her something to feed the hamster. She needs an excuse to meet you other than "let's get drunk [and have sex]". Anything is better than that. "Come check out my rock collection" would be better, even if it's silly. Anything but "it's drinky/sexy time!"

When judging text game, I can tell just by the size of the blue or yellow rectangles that too much has been said. Brevity is what you want, I mean you said this was from Tinder. The app known for casual hookups. Your paragraphs you typed out reminded me of what I used to do, which is type way too much information way too early. I see where you were going with the texts but that's shit you can talk to her about after you bang her, don't tell her everything about you before she meets you.

Simplify your texts, type less words but get your point across at the same time. It's very doable just takes practice.

"Hey its so and so"

"Drinks here, this time, see you there."

Done.

It got a bit cringy towards the end, you did OK but she didn't respond too well when you asked her out because she didn't offer an alternative i.e. but I'm free on Tuesday...
