OK so difficult field report.

I've always struggled with weight. Before Xmas, I was down to an impressive 88kg with 16% body fat.

Anyway I am a dumbass and I got too comfortable with all the visits, events and things to do. My gym attendance sucked, my diet was even worse and I managed to put my lardy ass up to 97kg (measured today) and 20% body fat.

Now, I'm not too bummed out. I know how to lose weight, I know how to work out and eat right, I'm fully confident that a good solid six week program will get me back to where I was.

What I wanted to comment on was what a difference it makes. I had three plates before Xmas. Now I have one. Both ex plates quit on me rather than vice versa. I don't care all too much, but I think this is related to the next thing.

At work, I command authority. I'm well liked and my projects are always led confidently and, well, to put it another way people do as I say. They do so in a manner which is well adjusted and people respect me. I always found that this worked outside too, people naturally gravitated towards me and took what I said seriously.

Contrast this to six years ago where I was 145kg and rolling around in clown trousers.

Well, I have noticed at work that since I came back from Xmas people do what I tell them to do but only under duress of rank. Because either I am their manager or am leading the project, they do it.

I have crucially found that previously when I would be taken with authority or people would naturally warm to me, they now seem to automatically shit test. Either silently and end up not doing what I ask them to do or just not take me seriously.

I think it is 100% down to the fact that I've put on weight.

This is just an underlining to one of the most core principles behind The Red Pill.

Be good looking. Don't not be good looking. Fucking lift!

I reckon with my 1300 calorie diet and cardio / lifting routine, I'll be back to where I was soon enough. And it's a nice harsh reinforcer lesson that although cake is awesome, you only need a little :)

I know first hand the real difference in how people react to you given your looks. And I assure you if you're out of shape, no matter how well you dress or look, a fat ass is a fat ass!

Looks are everything :)
