Unplugged 7 months ago, first post.

So reading TRP has become one of my favorite things to do, and since uplugging last year my life has seen great improvements in almost all areas. Dread has been one of the most versatile tools TRP has provided me with, and yesterday yielded the most dramatic results I've seen so far.

So I'm in an LTR with this girl I've known since 2005. We started dating back before Christmas and for the most part she doesn't give me much trouble. Her weakness, however is this other girl I've been friends with for roughly an equal amount of time. We'll call her "Dana." Now, I've never been involved with Dana on any level, by my own choice. Never made a play at it, even though it was well known she had a major crush on me around the time I met current LTR. It was just one of those things that I ignored.

For some reason, Dana gets under my gf's skin like you wouldn't believe. I took mental note of this and have played it to my advantage in the past, but not at all like last night. Currently, I'm working out of town, so the LTR & I will talk via text or on facebook. There's a bit of a time difference, and LTR was already being pissy about that.

Enter Dana: She posted something on my wall about a product that isn't available in my area, and I commented that I'd be getting some as soon as I got back. She replied that she'd get some for me (totally overstepping her bounds in LTR's eyes). I later call LTR and she's of course really mad about it. I tell her that I'm done talking to her for the day, and will try again later when she can act like an adult.

And that was it. I went out to the bar that night with my friends, didn't speak to LTR again that day. This morning, I woke up and checked my email, and lo and behold, there's an apology letter from LTR and about 20 SUPER nasty photos. Winning!

TL;DR set a trap, LTR took bait, went silent, got results.
