That scene is horrendously misleading in explaining what a Nash Equilibrium is. First of all, agents in a non-cooperative game obviously can't cooperate, so they can't each choose a unique target. If the men can't coordinate, the Nash equilibrium will be some kind of mixed strategy with the blonde having the high probability for all players.

Moreover, I don't see how mating can be realistically modeled as a noncooperative game. Who are the players? What are the actions and payoffs?

If you apply game theory to getting laid then you will

1) have to always be available for sex from any suitable partner at any moment

2) be constantly trying to network with suitable partners

3) be constantly putting yourself into a position where sex is possible

Obviously, the more time you put into it, the better. The finite resource is time so you'd want to maximize the efficiency of that resource. Dating sites, FB, Twitter could be good. Never alienate a potential conquest by making a first move. This also carries the risk of alienating the entire social circle. Simply surround yourself with suitable partners and use them to meet more suitable partners.

The ultimate problem is having the sex. Once you have sex with someone, how does that influence that particular social circle? The best move here is to keep things as secret as possible. If you have sex, make sure no one knows except you and the partner. For a woman looking for something casual, online dating sites will probably be her choice. There are guides out there on gaming them.
