TRP exists because of game. People on here talk like a sick body is all that matters. It means jack without game. Another contributor summed it up really well: TRP is frame + game. Frame is mental toughness and inner confidence. Game is how you structure your interactions and influence women's perception of you: anything from being a straight-up beta provider to PUA parlor tricks to the sheer "asshole" game we preach here on TRP. It is essential.

I can't tell you how relieved I was when I experimented with talking less and found it worked so much better for me than trying to remember all these retarded lines and comebacks (I started out way back in the day when everyone was using rehearsed or 'canned' material).

Great post, thank you. I've watched like 50 RSD videos and am constantly seeing "you need to learn game", "game is essential "etc., without really explaining what it is at the fundamental level." The Game "by Neil Strauss is considered a starting point for PUAs and it's just a story about mystery being a little bitch and all the PUAs learning retarded ways to get women's attention. Then there are the rsd videos, many of them are excellent quality and there's much to learn, but no simple breakdowns of the fundamentals that make up game.

Thanks OP, really glad you could breakdown game into some main concepts that most people just brush over in posts/videos. I have to admit, I'm a talker and I really like to share stories and experiences but I have to work on keeping quiet more often.

Honestly, in your heart, think you are better than the girl. This is why so many guys get really good at "game" after having relationships or ONS with VERY attractive women.

When it comes to gaming women, just internalize the idea that you are the best thing ever or that they are just dumb sluts.

This strategy w pretty much only works for short term sex though. It is simple but effective once you actually internelize it.
