2.Erase her name so the number shows, screenshot that shit, and email it to yourself.

3.Make sure to do this at least twice. If it's just once the girl can say, "I was too scared of him to say anything else" or some other bullshit.

Boom. When the cops come don't say shit because they're going to arrest you no matter what. Once your lawyer comes just show him the emails/video and he's going to laugh and ask if you want to counter sue for smearing your name or emotional damage or whatever.

Now the real stuff, avoid fucking drunk chicks or chicks with boyfriends. This lowers the chance of regret based rape accusations. Also always get as much evidence as possible that she enjoyed it. I.e always get as much text, email or IM evidence that she enjoyed it as possible. Get a friend to witness you before and after sex. Take her out somewhere public for food afterwards for more witnesses.

Other evidence to consider based on methods and local laws : video and audio evidence. This is the gold standard but is also legally a grey area unless she agrees to it being recorded.

Collect evidence to the contrary. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. You cant avoid it completely, but you can have the best damn defense possible.

Before sex, have some kind of record of talking about how youre going to have sex.

After sex, have some kind of record of her being okay with it.

Hell, record the sex if you can.

Alternatively, just do a good job. Literally anyone can make a rape allegation, but after taking interviewing and investigation, regarding statement analysis and such, false rape claims are VERY easy to spot, and you won't be charged. But your reputation will probably be ruined anyway because lolresponsibility.

Genuine question: How are people convicted of rape based solely on the testimony of one person?

I'm not saying this doesn't happen, I want to know why it is even possible. How does one person simply claiming something happened, and not presenting any other evidence lead to a conviction?

Is the word of a woman automatically taken as perfect truth by the courts today?
