I'd say, if you're a young, inexperienced guy, you should go after the cougars. Simply because, for the most part, if they take care of themselves, they're not bad-looking, nothing is off the table as far as sex goes, and they also don't play as many games.

I consider cougars/MILFs to essentially be the beginner mode for men who want to get that notch count up and get broken in to breaking women.

Once a young man gets that confidence and experience up, he can start going after the women that he really wants.

Good for a PND, nothing more. DO NOT get involved seriously with cougars, ESPECIALLY cougars with no children at all. Even when they tell you flat out they just want sex (they usually say this, both of mine did), do not nail them more than twice a week, MAX.
