I'm sure you're referencing me in there somewhere for my recent posts but I do have a really strong background in Psychological study/real world experience - I don't bring it up in submissions because I don't want to seem like I'm bragging or setting people who can't do what I do up to fail (I work in politics, have DJ'd & worked in sales - so it's personal exp + academic knowledge for me) and I appreciate people only have limited time to read comments.

More or less all of these points resonate with me.

Field reports trump theory. Treat red pill and blue pill examples like case studies. Honestly, theory shouldn’t even be an allowable tag. Theory just means you're a philosopher and think you know the right way to act. Field report means you applied yourself. The difference is night and day.

I think the good theories are based on experience. But the experiences do not occur all at once, instead over a longer span of time, with more (and probably smaller) incidents to base the theory upon.

Is OP promoting a product? This is a good sign. It means OP has enough confidence in what he writes about he’s only willing to give it away for a buck. Establishing a business on bullshit is possible, but not probable. Also, the mods only allow those with a reputation in the community to promote.

I have found that the absolute best discussions for me, were on "theattractionforums", which is run by love systems. While the brand is PUA centric, there is plenty of red pill type discussion, and most of the posters are actually quite experienced and knowledgeable. I have had responses there that have changed my life for the better. By reading posts, questions and field reports their, my understanding of PUA/RP has deepened.

Whereas on reddit, most of the time I am reading some beta tell me that you should "never get married" or "next her" or some hurt dude complaining that women and life isn't fair. Many posts here smack of people who have not been able to apply theory/game and would instead rather post about it then live it.

Obv - I love reading the side bar, and all of the endorsed contributors, its just sad how many posts get upvoted that are by betas complaining about women, the wall and the carousel and their lot in life. If you truly understand RP there is nothing to complain about, you are a master of your domain, you have abundance. The principles will lead you to abundance.

I agree with this 100%. I really wasnt trying to shot on your last post and I actually agree with most things you post and seem to be actually living this TRP lifestyle so many of these "men" talk about. But it does seem most of the posters and commenters are all fluff and no stuff. Anyone can talk about it but how many of are are actually about it. I will admit that I am not into the game any more I've taken the step forward towards building my legacy and grooming the heir to my throne, but there was indeed a time when I could play the game with the best of them. Not always the case. I was the scrawny goofy looking awkward "loser" who couldn't get the girl. But I had the epiphany got to the gym and it was all uphill from there. Having this sub ten years ago would have fast tracked this process, but alas was not available to me. The advice I did get wasn't from people who thought about shit though. If was from guys like you who know how the game works and how to make it work for you. Theory means shit if you can't back it up. There is a lot of wisdom in your post. Wasn't there a nominating thing a while back for important info? This might fall under that. A little advice to sift through the bullshit.

No they don't, not at all in fact.

Don't get me wrong. I really favor field reports and upvote them when I can but there are a lot of issues with those as well. They can be easily faked. You're only getting the perspective of a single person. It's an isolated incident in an isolated area. It's rarely a collection of field reports and it's nearly always some variation of. "I started using redpill thinking and it worked." Which we already know already... Field reports are often written by younger men and fail to see the big picture or integrate the big ideas discusses here.

So field reports that break new ground, combine several different outings or are more elaborate, or show different age perspectives are badly needed.

We shouldn't blindly upvote field reports the same way we shouldn't blindly upvote theory posts. It's a good thing that people are very critical on redpill. Not a bad thing. It distills the information.

This is nothing new to TRP. It's part of the nature of such a sub. Which is why the mods and endorsed contributors are to be respected and listened too. They have the best bullshit radars.

I saw that post - you were getting criticised, and not really in a justified way.

However, you have some attention for being someone who posts loads. To an extent it comes across like you might post for attention, and ego, and that you might just be spamming. I have no way of knowing if that is true, but it easily comes across that way.

You are right in your post, recognising what is worth reading, and understanding, and who is worth listening to, Vs who you should ignore, is useful in every avenue in life. This forum is no exception. The people here who might fit the description of being masculine, confident, sexually successful, self actualized, experienced are outnumbered HUGELY by people lacking, and looking to reach that point. And even if someone does fit that description it doesn't necessarily mean they are correct in any given topic - be discerning.

Now take your post. Ostensibly it is about criticisms you perceive here, and advice on how to navigate this place, and filter out useful information, and who is legitimate vs stuff you should ignore. But to take a skeptical view, perhaps your ego has been wounded by getting randomly shit on, and this is your way of reacting to that. And writing a post that gives you a chance to criticise that, veiled under giving advice.
