The media outlets that follow the feminist narratives will twist everyone's speech when it comes to the male reckoning on the harms of modern feminism.

As for ideological devices and the spread of red pill and other philosophys I believe the MRM will maintain as PC a face as possible while Red pill-esque ideologies brew in the cultural backgrounds of different new and resurgent ideologies. I think red pill will stall in growth because the message is too coarse; just because you're right doesn't mean people care if your gonna be a dick. The sad truth is the red pill ideology isn't unified. Competing attempts at explaining the post feminism west are pooping up across the web just like red pill and I think we'll see an expansion of male centric thought like red pill as a reaction to feminism.

I think red pill will spawn many of the ideologues moving forward but a new resurgent Christianity in distinctly Catholic then Protestant flavors will also show up in a play for relevancy because they honestly have quite a bit in line with red pill and the popular atheism hasn't been losing intellectual steam since it started recruiting from the mainstream, the common ideology of atheists in america is, "relijun bad", because as you said they are mostly young people, they don't have arguments against religion because they are complacent fools that picked a side because they didn't like being called stupid by Dawkins and Hitchens internet fanboys.

Essentially red pill is gaining steam but is going to likely fall and scatter but the scattered will carry the messages present here. The surviving movements that will fight feminism are centrist egalitarian Christian groups that are returning to the source material for answers and mixing that with more modern ideology and history, then MRM in a few separate incarnations, and the guys over at the r/nofap community (nearly 100,000) they are like us in that they went searching for answers about the lies women get away with and they'll be a large part of brewing up the next leaders in MRM and other groups like TRP but they are a bit more science centric than TRP, finally men getting into neurology, psychology and related fields will pave a solid fondation to parade the truth we know.

The trick here is timing and infighting; we're all on the same side TRP MRM nofap PUA and even the christian apologists that want civil society that benefits child rearing. but MSM and feminists want us to bicker and slow the movement, if we do it will be a quagmire until western civ collapses, worst case scenario we don't hurt feminism enough and we see the rise of feminist states after the fall. If we cut out the infighting we could form a solid resistance movement with a two pronged attack the religous movement will suck back up the mass of idiots and keep them scared of damnation and the scientific movement will purge atheism of feminist thought.

It will take a while in my opinion.. apparently in the U.S. there has been a "War on Women" and the media and the current administration are both pushing that. Anything that does not paint women as the "helpless victims" will be met with absolute hell, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Keep in mind that when 'ladder theory' came out in the early to mid 00s, people vehemently criticized and denied its relevance; now the word 'friend-zone' is well-inculcated into the popular lexicon with various ideological groups having a different take on why it exists.

A concept starts becoming mainstream when people stop debating the 'is' (i.e. the observation of a phenomenon happening) and instead focus on the 'ought' (i.e. the explanation/rationalization for why it exists, whether it is good or bad, etc.).

I think you're being way too idealistic in looking towards a future in which our reality becomes the consensus reality. Boys are seeing their masculinity attacked from the moment they are born. Boys are being raised either by big boys, or worse, women. When they are so indoctrinated, how on earth can you expect more than a minority to 'see the light'?
