I'm new to this sub and am sadly a 24-year old beta with only 1 ltr. I have read most of the side-bar materials, but I'm the type that learns more from doing or reading specific anecdotal references.

I'm talking to this girl on fb and we've already talked and hung out in person (wishing I got her number then) and she's planning on coming to visit me (she's going to school in another state). I got her really excited to try this local ice cream place and she's down to hang out. I mention to her that I might apply there and that they get a shit-ton of free ice-cream (because I knew she'd like the thought of it) and sure enough, she asks if she I'd share the goods. From here on out, I know I fucked up, but want to turn it around and make her dtf when she visits.

The conversation from there went as follows: Me: Hmm...we might be able to come up with a deal. Her: I will give you freeeeee....... Hugs? Me: Ha! What is this, pre-school? =p Her: You bet your kiddie ass this is pre-school!

After that, I just responded with "hahaha" to try and play it off. I'm guessing her last response was a shit-test but couldn't think of a good comeback to keep frame.

Should I tell her that if she can talk to me after she graduates (to keep the whole pre-school joke going), or am I fucked and should next her? Wat do?

Sadly, I've come a long way, too. I no longer say sorry, am hitting the gym more, switched to contacts, and walk with more confidence. I can get them laughing and comfortable easy, but I suck at the attraction part or knowing if she's dtf. /rant
