its not the fact that it exists ... its the fact that ~~feminists~~ women who all too often pretend to champion men's issue have nothing to say on this is rather amusing.

There was more fury on a fully consensual "bang with friends" then this blatant violation of men's privacy.

the fact that a man can't opt out of this system has to be breaking some kind of laws in the developed for sure; atleast the same ones when you can't unsubscribe from spam.

My favorite part was how they tried to claim that no dudes are allowed in. As if I couldn't make a fake female facebook account right now, or have one of my female friends show me. But of course, the developers don't acutally care, it's just hamster food so women will "feel" safer about posting.

Also, by the criteria men are judged by, they might as well named this app "Find a good-boy beta provider you can take home to mom, then slowly come to resent because you're no longer attracted to him".

Probably would have been a mouthful though.

This doesn't bother me in the least. If you think women haven't already been judging and gossiping about men for thousands of years you're still deluded. Honestly the odds of it having much of an impact is slim; women love telling themselves "well, those other girls just didn't know what they were talking about" and "well, he will treat me right because I'M different", etc...

That is insanely creepy. I am a woman and I have no words for this other than insanely creepy. If there was an app like this rating women. every. single. woman. would be up in arms about it.

My other problem with this is that it assumes that the population is homogeneous in what is desirable or attractive in men. Something like humor is hugely subjective, what cracks me up may fall flat with someone else.

Once there is one for women it will be a shitstorm, not from men using it but from the amount of drama women will bring rating other women. This app isn't for women objectifying men, but women bragging about their men to other women. It is anonymous but women will use it to brag about the man they captured the same way they show pictures of the baby or wave a ring under other womens' noses.

I am so glad I don't have a Facebook so I can't be profiled on this thing. Not because I have any concern, what so ever, about what some woman would post about me, but because its just a blatant invasion of privacy.
