While I definitely think that every aspect of life, including relationships between different people you encounter, should be analyzed to gain knowledge of social dynamics and knowledge about the specific people, I personally don't know the reason why she had fucked that guy and keeps fucking with him, although she clearly admits he is ugly and has a small dick.
