Read and learn. There's no word for word manual. It's something you always put your own spin on. It's kinda dumb to follow a cookie cutter style of improving yourself. You find what you want, improve your SMV, yourself mentally, and physically, and then keep going with step 2. You will figure it out from there if your at all smart and women will see it and want it

Here's why you don't want to start reading a huge manual.

You think if you can just get your hands on all the knowledge, it's going to be all right. So if there were one condensed, well-organized document - that'd be the magic pill, the instant solution to all your problems. Read it and you're done.

But knowledge is stacked in levels which are glued together by experience. First you learn to count, then you learn multiplication tables. You need to process a layer and get some real-world experience applying it before that layer is stable enough to support the next one. The teacher explained multiplication, then you got to do 500 exercises on it, and then you continued with division.

Premature knowledge is not just useless, it's actively toxic: it will make you anxious because you don't feel secure in applying it, since you haven't even mastered the supporting base levels. That experience would have prepared your emotional system for dealing with the next level.

If you take in all the red pill knowledge without any experience, you're basically trying to immediately jump into the deepest pool. If you know too much for your own good, you need to start getting practical experience with what you already know instead of gathering even more knowledge.

To stabilize a tower, fortify the base rather than putting more blocks on top.

For a layer to be sufficiently stable, you should be at least at the third stage of the 4 stages of competence: /r/TheRedPill/comments/2jjhet/the_four_stages_of_competence/ That was an underrated post I think you should read.

There is a reason boys have their instinctive urge to playfight, to ignore rules and experiment on their own against the advice of reasonable adults, over-protective mothers and annoyed supervisors. It's the same reason that boys reach maturity at an older age than girls. Evolution has shaped these instincts because they prepare boys for the roles they will have to play as men. When boys play, they gain the experience they will need later, but without the burden of responsibility. The fact that they had some practice makes it easier for men to accept that they are the ones who have to take initiative and responsibility. Women can sit around and wait for a man to approach them; men do not have this luxury.

You can't just take the leap, read up on every facet of male responsibility, and then walk out of your door and carry that complete burden. You need to build it up from the ground, step-by-step. There is no quick fix.

You're not a boy anymore so you can't go out and play, but you can go out and play as a man. This is basically what other commentors' advice here boils down to. And that's exactly what you should do instead of reading a 100-page manual and then feeling too overwhelmed to do anything.

So go out and play. Then come back and read some more. A TRP compendium will be useful for veterans who want to look something up after they internalized it, or for people analytically studying the ideas (not to apply them but to analyze them). If that's not you, an encyclopedia is just not the right format.
