Intro
Credit has to go to whoever it was that said this on one of my submissions (It was /u/H4RV3YSP3CT3R , he helped me create this post by responding with something very similar to the title.

Here at TRP we discuss a lot of theory. Optimal strategies for maximizing results. Discussions of the importance of certain factors, Height, Attractiveness, Wealth, Social Proof, Penis length vs girth. Real important stuff. However, reaching these results are very simple. Literally anyone who isn't severely mentally and or physically disabled could go do this stuff. It's not even a debate whether it's good or bad for you. Here's basic break down of TRP formula (Subject to modification)
Lift, eat right, read books, socialize/learn social skills, dress well, talk to girls, gain independence, good grooming.
There might be some things I'm missing, but these things aren't exactly rocket science.
Lifting - Follow basic program (5X5, Convict Conditioning, Wendler, whatever) show up to gym or fitness park. Workout for one hour.
Eat Right - Go to Trader Joes or some good grocery store. Green Leafy greens are good. Eggs and Meats are good. Nuts are good. Processed shit like Oreos are bad (Fuck you Nabisco, buy Hydrox if you like that garbage).
Read Books - Take an hour more or less. Sit down read words, absorb knowledge. Start with Green Eggs and Ham. Eventually hit War and Peace.
Socialize/Learn Social Skills - Talk to people. Read books that help break it down. Go practice until we can barely notice your autism.
Dress Well - Use relevant magazine or sub reddit for mens fashion. Go shopping with fashionable girl, or gay dude, or whatever you want. Learn basics of matching and fashion.
Talk to Girls - Step 1. See cute girl. Step 2. Walk up to her. Step 3. Make words come out of your mouth.
Gain Independence - get cash through hopefully legal ways. Move out of mom's basement.
Good Grooming - Trim those pubes. Wear deodorant. Fight the gum disease known as gingivitis by using Crest.
As you can see none of the above is complex, but I understand that it isn't easy. Waking up early, or having a tough day in the office and then going to the gym kind of blows if you don't enjoy it. If you're just starting, it can even be intimidating.
Some people have borderline addictions to sugar and processed foods. Breaking years of conditioning to learn new eating habits isn't anything to laugh at for anybody. Some of us were lucky enough to have parents that didn't put mountain dew in our bottles as babies.
With a lifetime of having the TV and internet feeding us info, finding people that read books is pretty rare. It's not much of a thing anymore. It's not thrilling. It's not passive like watching garbage on netflix. It takes sustained attention.
I don't think I need to go into socialization. You already know how tough it is if you aren't that natural at it.
Dressing well is a little weird in a culture that sends so many mixed messages. It's weird if you have no idea what your doing and the line between being fashionable and borderline gay can seem thin sometimes. At least dudes will start hitting on you if your lucky.
Good Looking Loser has an entire program dedicated to Approach Anxiety for good reason. A lot of guys have it. Admit you have it (if you do). Get over your ego. Get help in beating it from whichever source you deem fit. Normal functioning humans need to be able to interact with the opposite gender.
For people who still live with their parents, this is very heavy on context. I understand some of you can't leave. Don't feel bad. Keep working so that you can gain your independence soon.
Yeah, I really hope you know how to groom. Wipe your butt, clean your face, take care of your teeth. Don't smell like a FOB Indian guy who just ran a marathon and downed an extra fat plate of Chicken Vindaloo.
Conclusion
There really aren't many excuses. No one said this stuff was easy, but the formula is right there. You just have to start. There isn't much to debate about the fundamentals. If you're fat then getting in shape will help enormously. If you have cystic acne then getting prescription drugs and getting on a hardcore skin care routine will help the most. If you dress like a registered sex offender, then fashion advice will be your best friend. The point is, that you have to just start. It's simple.
