I haven't posted in one of these in awhile so this includes more than just this week:

Good

Dean's List last Semester with a 3.7. Graduating in May.
I've cut out alcohol completely on New Years. Haven't had a sip of alcohol since.
Lost 5 lbs since the New Year.
Working out 3x a week and progressing well for the most part in all lifts.
Landed a part time job.

Bad

Fapping.
Been putting off reading.
Not gaming.
Since I cut out booze, I am not going out and socializing. I need to go out.

Good:

Got over the flu day before my date with HB9.

Honestly my first date with a woman above my smv, I believe it went very well for various reasons.

The band I am leading is leading worship at my church Sunday night. This is a big deal to me, playing in front of ~1k ppl in person and more online streaming.

I started a program to help mentor young musicians especially boys who are told singing is "feminine." For some reason that's the general consensus in the south.

Bad:

Workouts could have been more strenuous.

Bragged about the date to some friends. I view this as bad behavior, it's subconsciously saying she's above me. She is not. I'm the man, period.

Hopefully will not drink too much this weekend at a bachelor party.

Positives

Keeping up with the gym.
Started writing down a checklist of things I need to do in the day, before it has started.
5th day meditating using the Headspace App.
Not spending too much time chilling at the end of the day.
Putting in at least 30 Minutes of study time per day.
Checking people that cross my boundaries is becoming a lot easier.

Negatives

Relapsed after 12 Days of NoFap.
Need To read more
Not pushing myself enough with my hobby.

My focus for the coming week

Keep going gym.
Read a small bit everyday.
Put more effort into hobby.

P.s People are starting to take me more seriously now, since I am not entertaining stupidity or reacting negatively to peoples comments.

All the parts for the computer came in and running well now after spending 3 hours building it and getting it right the first time, felt alot like high intensity lego building with 4 manuals at once with each piece being hundreds of dollars, had to be good at reading instructions that were mostly diagrams so they could be printed internationally with little text. Got the coding programs installed now that I've broken it in to my set up, time to start spending an hour each night coding and learning a second language.

Got down to 213 pounds at 6' 3", was 230 3 months ago and 245 9 months ago, then started waking up in middle of night starving for a few nights this week. Think this may be the lowest I'll be for a while, now able to lift twice the weight I started with in arm exercises so think I'll be needing the calories to keep going, so taking off the diet cap on dinner serving sizes for now by adding another spoon of self cooked rice and stir fry.

Going to have a busy weekend socially, first time in a while, so seeing what steps I can take so that I'll be functional throughout it, hopefully my drunk friends can still hold some meaningful conversation... or I'll start to practice seeing how deep into their psyche I can go if they go too far down the bottle and getting comfortable at not just being passive.

Pros

Finally managed to get my ass in college this spring after a long wait
3rd month of being consistent with gym and diet after more than a year off
New pr in weighted pull ups with +50lbs x8
Staying ahead of schedule with half of the classes

Cons

Public speaking despite not being a new experience gave me a moment where my brain froze
Not good at cold approaching and no new friends from campus yet
Literally no clubs other than 1 for each ethnic minority (lol) and 1 for "life success" which I expect to be heavy on motivational youtube tier BS but will check it out for the fitness shit just in case I find a fellow gym bro.

Been sick. also had recovery issues and hella soreness
Not ideal week at all
Still felt I did pretty much everything I should have in this situation
Been emailing and sorting out shit to buy gym equipment.
Weight is decent.

Social 7/10

My speaking tone is pretty good.
Relying less on phone -> no anxiety. happy about that
uh yeah, been ok socially, not stressing about being alpha just relaxing and not really caring and it's kind of working for me.

Education 7/10

self education. basically proved alpha fucks/beta bucks with science and made a quite concise post for myself.
School has been quite chill and I've been NGAF about it, so lazy.

Misc

I'm reading one book per week!
Dropped of sugar and fizzy drinks, just consuming water.
After ending my manipulative relationship of two years, I dated with three ladies this week and all went well.
Getting deep into philosophy of Stoicism and feeling better with every quote.
NoPorn goes well.
Feeling better every day ON MY OWN, that's the main one.

Negative

Still not going to GYM, need money.
Still postponing meditating
I sometimes find myself stalking my ex-girlfriend's social media.
I'm consuming too much weed but I'll quit it cold turkey this week.
My third goal was quitting cigarettes cold turkey, but I wasn't able to do it. I'll get medical help for this.

Continuing workouts, lost 9kg of body fat over 2.5 months, face shape has visibly improved, hopefully the remaining 4-5kg impacts the remnant belly and back fat.
Started an internship at a Fortune 500 company earlier in Jan - will complete in Feb
Consistently reading the sidebar whenever I have the time, e.g. when travelling to, from work, still need to digest it fully tho, Manipulated Man (just completed last week) was an eye-opening read

Negatives

Time wasted on fucking around needs to be cut down on my off days - especially reddit
Realised I had a wet dream yesterday after watching a little bit of porn before bed (no fapping), not sure how this affects my NoFap streak
Need to work on building game from the ground up: any advice on this one would be greatly appreciated. I currently have a beta mentality that is fighting as I read the sidebar.
Last Thursday, had the opportunity to game a pretty fellow intern (HB8 easy) but pussied out, even though she's way above my current SMV. So I guess I need to work on building frame as I continue to read the sidebar
Also need to work on being witty and overcoming shit tests from fellow male interns and my manager at work again: any advice for this appreciated

Focus for coming week

Need to find opportunities to game the HB8, considering she's an intern and we're finishing soon, I guess I won't be shitting where I eat
Continue to minimise time wasted: reading about deep work here seems a good idea

Long term focus

Need to change the fact that I'm a virgin - that needs to change ASAP, when uni opens again this year, but it's good to know this stuff before than catching oneitis or becoming beta provider for eternity
Need to increase my average at Uni so I have a real chance of getting a job - achieved the bit where I needed an internship by end of second year
Need to get another internship at end of this year to fully realise the job prospects
Need to undertake hobbies like writing and more interesting ones (any suggestions?)
Need to become fully transformed alpha by the end of this year - both physically and mentally in terms of frame and ditch the beta manboobness

Good= Consistent in the Gym and diet. Noticed an exciting extra income opportunity related to my hobby. Added a promising new plate. Good sex with two regular plates and the new ONS/plate. Found some porn I really liked and busted 3 good nuts.

Bad = Drank wayyy too much Friday(last night) with friends. Lucked out and not really a bad hangover, but more of something that I want to keep in moderation. Have to continue to work on my mindfulness and patience in general. Eager to advance toward my goals is good, but I have to be mindful.

Travelling for work accross new regions all week. I was looking forward to attempt to PU in my travels. But alas, I was sick like a dog at the same time. Also got a cold sore. Zero Lift... Pissed about that more than anything. At least I had Mystery Methods to read after work if I wasn't knocked out on meds; havn't read it before. . Still managed to have 2 beers Thursday with my out-of-town hosts. I faced new clients all week and I certainly do not have the Frame to attempt a PU with a fever and a cold sore. Tomorrow's a new day - let's see what I can do with it.

Pros

Managing to hit the gym 6 days a week, hitting all muscle groups 2 times.
Diet is semi - ok, intermittent fasting is really nice.

Cons

Im in a bad place mentally and physically again, i feel winded up and tired of everything from my daily routing to just going out partying.
It's been like 5th weekend i went out in a row to clubs, i never managed to pick anyone up, i feel like i simply can't do this or something like that. Feeling helpless, stopped reading much TRP because of that and im just sort of slacking off.
It's hard to really put my focus into something and keep positive vibes all the time.

Feeling better these last 2 weeks. 2 major things happened. I've been having crazy tough insomnia for over a year so I was prescribed sleeping meds (Z drugs). Helped me sleep a bit and I took them for close to a year. I still felt terrible though. Went off them to try something else and realized that the sleep meds made me horribly depressed, suicidal thoughts, and potentiated my anxious racing thoughts. It led me to being needy, cynical, and hating life/myself. It wasn't solely the meds but they took it to a different level.

I was going from all stages of grief for myself and my former relationship. So the biggest step I took recently was firmly accepting (making the choice to accept) that I broke frame, became needy to everyone around me. I accept that I didn't fully appreciate everything I had. I also accept I did decently and not be too hard on myself just because a girl left me because I didn't know that the hell was going on in me (especially with meds fucking my mood up). I feel more exited by life in general now. I wish I can convince her some way that it was a weird growing phase that I had to get through but she has moved on long ago. I have to as well.

Working hard on my degree loving myself more growing more confident not beating myself up too much if I can't sleep or something goes wrong

The good: * Got a position I wanted at work. Basically told them that’s what I want to do now and made it happen * Keeping it moving at the gym. Been going religiously for 6 years and will never quit * My No Porn badge is at 28 days. Quit for longer last year but I binged the shit for a few months * Learning to take more control with my LTR. She can be aloof and non committal at times so learning to tell her when and what we are doing rather than ask her what she would like to do on dates

Needs Improvement

Gaming. As mentioned in a LTR but need to keep that in practice. And since I’m not looking to cheat it’s perfect b/c I don’t care about the outcome. Always good to get a number though just in case
Side income. I once made decent side money bar tending and on Fiverr. Haven’t done either in about a year so need to get back to it

got a new job with 15% increase in salary.

this is all after breaking up with my gf about 3 weeks ago so it's slow going.

Finalised my gym routine after lots of research/trial+error

Everything is very close now to being setup for my online business

Invested in some very sick clothing, tailored the trousers that needed it ^for the first time in my life, was very clearly the sickest looking mf in the proverbial room, was getting pre'd by chicks much more facially+physically attractive than me all day, purely because I was displaying extreme individuality, intelligence, taste, and wealth (actually inexpensive items, but put together and perfectly fit just makes them look expensive) via my outfit

Good: Trying to frame things positively Trying to not let the inner thoughts in my mind lead to self sabotage as they have in the past couple years. Dad is dying. Coping with it in a stoic way. Family is proud of me and cousins look up to me Managed to land a new gig with lesser hours and equal pay than the previous one

Good: ate properly, exercised regularly, followed through on my commitments, read, still porn free, still drug and alcohol free, cleaned my apartment, had a full fun fulfilling week.

Bad: bitched out after deciding i was going to approach a group of girls cold call at starbucks, didnt talk to a girl i had a chance to yesterday and didnt close the deal when every signal was there with another at a store i frequent regularly. Spent money to go into stores to chat with women when i should have just gone in. Let a girl bailing on a date affect me emotionally.

To elaborate, I failed to agree and amplify in this way: I have roommates who are incredibly insecure of themselves, I shook their world and all I had to do was to refuse a cookie and make my dinner. For dinner I have been eating BIG portion of saute veggies with 1 or 2 boiled eggs. And in two different occasions my roommates have tried to make me feel bad because they did not see any meat in my plate. (Because I am the poorest, and they know that).

"Where is the meat?" they said when I sat down with my plate. I failed and answered their questions with: "There is an egg in there." Where I could have given a proper response: "You say, whe-re is the meat..... Mmmh... HERE IS THE MEAT" as I curl my biceps and point to them.

Probably most productive week of my life but still need a lot of improvement.

Positives: -Every morning without fail I got up at 5 am, had a cold shower then hauled ass to the gym. (Except today which is my rest day) -Every day I spent at least three hours in the library putting in solid work for my final exams in May. -Avoided all fast food this week, cut out the bad shit but I’m on a bulk so I’m trying not to be too restrictive. -I have a severe Coca~Cola addiction but I limited myself to a litre a day and stuck to it.

Negatives: -Struggle to hold frame especially around my friend group who still treats me like the guy I was a year ago, going to start spending less time with them to build my frame in isolation and put in more work at library/gym. -Set myself a goal of approaching three girls this week and haven’t approached a single one. -Had a confrontation with a friend who owes me money, (not much but our group agreed to split the cost of an apartment for a party and he owes me his share) He basically offered me out to a fight and I basically pussied out.

Positive

I've made it to the gym a lot more often and plan on going again tonight
I'm eating better: more fresh vegetables and a whole lot more meat; less processed food.
I've cut way back on coffee and alcohol, and I feel so much better.
I'm being more assertive and dismissive with the women in my life. (Not dating prospects, just coworkers etc.) I thought it would make me distasteful, but I'm getting treated well.
I've gone 2 weeks pornfree.

Negative

After swearing off alcohol, I'm drinking again. Much less than I was before, but I failed to eliminate it.
I've gotten lazy and have been sleeping in/redditing/messing around on my phone way too much instead of working. I've fallen behind on a major project. This is bad.
Haven't made any moves on girls in a long time. I'm telling myself it's because I need to work out more and read more TRP before I'm ready, but that's at least 50% an excuse.

Side note

I'm happy to see how many of you are also doing NoFap or pornfree! I feel all alone on reddit in that regard.
