Hello TRP, with regards to what is masculine and feminine, I propose:

It is women who define what is masculine.

It is men who define what is feminine.

Men (women) are biologically programmed to find feminine (masculine) traits desirable. A man does not possess the ability to say "Hey, I think you'll find this hobby of mine is actually masculine!" If women do not agree, then it is not true. Your perceived SMV is your SMV.

Some traits can be considered both: e.g. activities which involve exercise, so dancing, gymming etc. Some traits are neither: e.g. consuming large quantities of diet coke.

Thought Experiment

TRP like facts and figures, so let's try a thought experiment. Imagine you can assign everyone with both a Masculinity Value (M) and a Femininity Value (F)* I propose that as a man, if M > F, you are desirable. If F > M, then you will struggle with the opposite sex.

A far-fetched example: Imagine /u/GayLubeOil has a penchant for colours and fabrics, and adores baking incredibly girly cupcakes. He's jacked (+Large M-Value) but his fondness for a lush nylon stitch adds a F-Value. Net result: still desirable.

Alternatively, imagine a man of average build who is emotionally temperamental (Large F-Value) but does karate once per week (small M-Value). Net result: not particularly desirable

So what does this mean? Am I saying we should all immediately grow beards which can cut diamonds and wrestle grizzly bears to prove our Manhood? No, but if you want the most efficient path to success with women, increase your M-value and decrease your F-value.

Feminism's contribution

The problem with feminism is that it actively seeks to make both men's and women's net value equal to zero. By making men more feminine and women more masculine, both sexes tend towards mediocrity. Anti-feminism is pro-woman and pro-man.

In the purest sense: Masculinity is your measure of how much women want to sleep with you. Femininity is your measure of how much men want to enter a relationship with you
