Everything I'm about to tell you is exactly what any self respecting man should never do. I don't even think you need to swallow the red pill to know how cringe worthy this is.

So my friend Josh has been chasing this girl Amy since about 3 years now. First cringe: oneitis.

Second Cringe:During the first year of college, he was known in his class as a creep because he kept stalking her. Sending text messages to both Amy and her best friend (Holly). Things such as love poems, and "I know where you are", "I can see you" and apparently even following her home once. Now, since I know this guy on a personal level, I know he's not actually dangerous and wouldn't ever hurt a woman. But still - what the actual fuck.

Second year, he calmed down. And this year he's back on good terms with both girls. Basically, he just learned his place, and accepts just being friends with them. Which is essentially the third cringe: settling for the friend zone.

So since a few months he's been seeing Amy quite often, on and off. According to him, their interactions are always flirtatious; holding hands, etc. He even showed me the strips of photobooth pictures they took toegether. (How cute). Hugging and giving each other kisses on the cheek. If you didn't know any better, you'd think they were an actual couple. Except, no......

But anyway, you know what happens? This week he actually gets lucky with her. Thursday night he's with Amy and a friend of hers. Apparently there was lots of sexual tension all night, with things getting heated on the dance floor, etc.

Then on Friday night, they went out alone, took some ecstasy and he actually managed to make out with her for 30 minutes outside the club. Even groping each others privates and shit.

Now, cue the morning-after "I'm not a slut".

The next day, she texts him "You kinda scare me when you're drunk and act on your impulses....".

Fourth cringe: he actually fucking apologized. Can you believe it? It didn't even take him an hour to answer her, even though I told him not to.

"I'm sincerely sorry if I came across as scary. I'm not really sure which evening you're referring to. We can talk for a few minutes on the phone if you like. I dunno what I took last night and what could have put me such a state, but I feel a bit guilty since I read your message. I really appreciate that you gave me some of your time though last night".

(Don't even ask me what the fuck that last part means - I have no idea).

She then sends him another message saying that he doesn't need to feel guilty, but that "usually you're such a wonder when you contain yourself" i.e. --> "Get back in the friend zone where you came from, you little bitch"

Completely despicable.

I tried explaining to Josh that there is simply nothing to be sorry for. He didn't rape her. He did not force himself upon her. He did absolutely nothing wrong. They mutually made out for half an hour and then some. A man should not be ashamed of his sexuality.

The fact that Amy is showing regret for what happened, proves that his quest is a hopeless one. She knew that he wanted her 3 years ago. She knew it last week, and she knows it right now.

She won't put out, and she never will. I told him to move the fuck on, but of course blue pillers always know better. This is exactly what he said: "I categorically refuse to give up on her".

This is after arguing to him through pure logic. If she wanted him, she would have already put out.

He keeps claiming to have read a great book on seduction.. Obviously that book was either a piece of crap, or he's just a moron.

I explained to him over and over that if he wanted the slightest chance with her, he needed to stop being friendly in his texts; to stop being available all the time. That the fact they hold hands means nothing. I explained to him that some girls will be flirtatious and might even make out with you just to test the limits. It still doesn't mean anything.

The last few days of talking to him were obviously for nothing. This post is the last of my time I waste on his bullshit.

TLDR This goes to show: The red pill isn't for everyone. Some people are born beta, and shall always stay that way.
