I'm gonna be honest with you guys, I'm not a 'red-piller' by trade, but I thought you guys would be in a good position to deal with an ego/masculinity issue I've been having.

So recently, I was at a party with mutual friends, and for apparently no reason, I was hurled violent threats at by a guy who lives in the apartment, a guy who's had a long standing and pent up anger towards me. It was a mutual friend party, and I was invited, so I went. But out of nowhere, this totally uncalled for event occurred. Now let it be known, all my mutual friends who were there know what happened was not even in the slightest bit my fault, and the other guy was simply being belligerent. At the time, I tried to remain calm, and I took the high road and slowly showed myself out.

But since then, I've just been repeating the moment in my head and wish I would have absolutely clobbered the guy, and sent him into a world of pain. There was absolutely no 'real threat', he's much smaller than me, I'm 6'3, 230lb. But gosh, I wish I would have given him an upper-cut and some hooks.

Did I do the right thing? How the fuck should I get this out of my head. Its making me feel like less of a man. I can't seem to get my confidence up to where it usually is, and I think its partly because I chose to go to this dumbass's house, and then was treated like this.

Did I make the right choice by taking the high road?
