If there is one thing I have learned thus far in my life, is that pain is the greatest motivator to change and strengthen us. Stop avoiding pain. Be courageous. You know that darkness within your psyche that calls out to you? It wants your attention. You fear it so you avoid it. This is why you lead a life of quiet desperation. You cling to life, living like a zombie. You don't have to think when you are a zombie. This is how 'betas' are born. Some men are born with their 'alpha' mentalities firing on all cylinders. They do well with women and their natural tendencies of success breed laziness. They get lazy and the weight of the world starts to hurt their backs. They then settle and become 'beta'. I've seen this happen in my male role models lives (my dad and uncle). They begin seeing this darkness that they never felt when they were younger. Then there are the ones born 'beta'. Their natural alpha-ness was either conditioned out of them, or their genetics hindered them. Regardless of where you are in life, there will be that nagging feeling within your mind that calls out to you. Go to him for he is your savior, NOT your enemy. You fear pain because it is uncomfortable. You fear it because it will kill who you've known yourself to be. You fear it because you fear your own obliteration. You can see that on the other side lies freedom, but your inner beta says "NO". Becoming alpha is not about banging a bunch of women. Women are only a small part of life. Becoming alpha is the willingness to face adversities and overcome them. I see a lot of guys on this sub that have such a shallow understanding of what TRP is. TRP isn't about women, its about you and your willingness to grow and thrive as a human. It's about the willingness to kill your own ego in the attempt at achieving new heights outside of your comfort zone. TRP is about FREEDOM. And until you begin to take those first baby steps outside of your comfort zone you will never be free. You may be able to wear the mask, but are you able to BE?
