I personally refuse to send any NSFW pics of myself to any women. I remember my girlfriend of three years complaining to me about this when she was out of town and we were sexting.

My reason? I never want to give a women the chance to knock me down. Women are unstable and cannot be trusted, what if she decides to post this pic all over the internet with intimate information about you and a pic of your face. I would honestly be mortified. Mind you, my dick is average so it's not the size factor. What comes to mind is don't get caught with your pants down, if that makes any sense.

I don't think they do. Most women I know and with whom I've broached the subject said they didn't. They might have lied but I have never seen any evidence to that effect.

I can see though how being aware of an erection can be a turn on for them. It's not the visual that's stimulating, it's the idea that the man is hard for them.
