Here's how you fix it, in this order.

Step 1. Go to bed early, no TV, only a useful book like the 48 Laws of Power to start.

Step 2. Wake up and lift (super early), you fucking homo. The level of Estrogen in your post makes me believe that you in fact are at rock bottom and therefore don't lift. Lifting is key, also if you're fat do Keto + Cardio.

Step 3. Log all meals in MFP or another calorie counter. You can learn more at fitness subreddits .

Step 4. Game as many girls as possible in a single day, RSDtyler is not a bad place to start on youtube to learn some pickup mentality methods and a lot of it aligns perfectly with TRP (Just don't buy his DVDs or whatever)

Step 5. Eventually, your game and Looks will be on par with attaining girls with ease, the last thing you will be thinking about is the scar on stacy's upper lip, or whatever's going on in your Estrogen filled beta brain.

Step 6. Do not enter LTR, I repeat DO NOT ENTER LTR. It is not worth it, and you will slowly lose your edge. Keep improving game and fitness until you are godmode, and eventually if you do ignore step 6 you will be able to do so without getting fucked as hard.

Step 7. Think about that girl you had oneitis for, and laugh as you are now banging much better looking girls on the daily. Do this, or be beta forever.

I can kind of see where you are coming from. Sure you can lift, study and play guitar but I do all those things too. Our core day to day mindset is pretty hard to change despite doing everything right. The only thing that changes that, is tangible results. TRP makes a lot of promises and gives the inclination that everything will be yours if you just give in to its lifestyle, but end of the day its just another forum full of good advice and bad.

Its like the "get rich" motivational speeches. You can do everything right, but in till you hit that first million dollars you feel like you just wasting your time. Yes, you will feel like nothing has changed, you are still a BP noob, and things will never get better. But, its funny how even just a small success (Getting a girls number or dropping 10 more pounds) suddenly everything makes sense in the world and you got this by the balls.

I just wished it lasted more then a day til you were back to feeling crappy. My advice is you are going to feel like shit day to day to day putting in the workouts, lifting, dieting, studying, getting flaked out by women, and generally having a depressed mindset. But that can change in a instant if you hang in there. Sooner then maybe you realize too.

Your brain knows you are still 'beta' and therefore you still act and feel based on a scarcity mindset. I KNOW you know what is alpha. Im sure you have visualized yourself as alpha as well. Its like drugs but with a limit. Get so much contact and experience with women to the point where you don't care. Idc if you are religious or not but I always have Samuel from the bible as my goal: after 700 wives+ some he found most of life dull and meaningless. Thats the 'ultimate goal' that clarity of mind and focus.

The simplest way for any man to achieve this, is to up that fucking bed count. To have abundance mentality is to have ABUNDANCE-keep going after it and slowly you'll prove to yourself that you don't have time for any old pussy that crosses your view.
