Love is a powerful emotion. Call it whatever you want, but it’s important to be loved. There’s a reason that loneliness kills twice as fast as being morbidly obese. The problem is that our minds have been molded through movies, music, and other crucial parts of pop culture. We’ve got the wrong idea of love. We’ve been taught that you MUST search for love from somebody else.
We’ve been taught that the meaning of love is being totally selfless. This isn’t always the case. The reason this isn’t always the case is because you can’t love OR care for anybody until you care for yourself. What does this mean? Loving yourself could mean a number of things. I’ll list my understanding on love and self care. Prior to this, I’ll explain why self love is a CRUCIAL component of red pill theory.
This is a sexual strategy sub. When I first joined, I made the mistake of thinking about this as a self-betterment sub. As much as that may hold some weight, this is a sexual strategy sub. That being said, loving yourself (I’ll go over what this means later) is the most crucial part of sexual strategy.
What is self love?
Per the TRPKiddo dictionary, self love is synonymous with taking care of yourself. It’s the idea that you are valuable and you treat yourself as a person of value. For example, let’s say that you know somebody with a winning lottery ticket. You need to butter this person up, you’re thinking that they’re gonna give you some of the winnings when they cash in. They promise you that if you look after them, they’ll split the winnings with you. You clean up after them, brush their teeth for them, go out of your way to make sure their space is tidy, make sure they eat GOOD food, not shit, make sure they wear GOOD clothes, and you make sure they take care of their health. Now imagine that the person with the lottery ticket is you.
Why? Women shit test you CONSTANTLY. Red flags pop up. Hundreds a week. What do men who are lost do? They ignore it. They ignore all the signs that women give them. Why? They’ve been taught for centuries that they NEED love from somebody else. Self love fixes this. When you know your worth, you don’t let anybody else undermine who you are.
I: Keep Your Space Clean
I’ve met men who are incapable of keeping their space clean. You walk into their apartments and there’s a layer of dust that covers their floors, furniture, glassware, and every other part of the apartment. Clothes everywhere. Toilet’s disgusting. Keep your fucking space clean. Somebody who loves themselves would never. This is also a clear indicator of laziness and you will never grow as a human being if you cannot do something as rudimentary as clean your space. Drop the cleaning lady - even if you can afford it.
II: Stay Fit
Drink water. Lift weights. Eat good food. These are all crucial components to your health. Somebody that loves themselves understands the importance of treating their body well, and feeding it quality things. Somebody who loves themselves doesn’t intoxicate themselves with a bunch of shit. Moreover, intelligence plays a role here. Somebody who loves themselves is constantly trying to learn new things, to become the best version of themselves. This helps us on the sexual marketplace as well. Take good care of your teeth as well. Don’t slack on checkups at the dentist.
III: Don’t Let Other People Move You
This is important. Not only is this total loss of frame, but stress is a killer and horrible for your health. Stress throws us off our game, and the worst part is, it’s usually all self-induced. Humans love to give themselves problems. That means interpreting things that other people say in a malicious manner. I have problems when it comes to this. Somebody who loves themselves knows that no matter what anybody says to them (malicious or not), they cannot be moved. They know who they are because they take care of themselves, they know their value. They cannot be moved. This preserves frame and stops you from balding at 30.
IV: Stop Overthinking
This stems from the last point. The reason that mental masturbation is a huge thing on this forum is because humans love overthinking. When we overthink every aspect of our life, it is a clear indicator of no trust, and lack of love, in oneself. Learn to trust yourself and your actions. Overthinking can be helped with meditation, reading, and exercise. Use these things to clear your head.
Employing these laws of self love will not only make you the best version of yourself, but when you take care of yourself - other people see. They notice. When they see how much you take care of yourself, they will always want you in their corner. This provides you with power. Power is the ability to make somebody do something they wouldn’t normally do. When somebody always wants you in their corner, you control them.
And even if none of this works on improving your SMV, hey... you’re better for it.
