Summary: For most guys it's easier to keep frame with women they have an advantage on. This should be done and practiced until it is effortless. Then move up the ladder accordingly.

Most men, especially those seeking to validate themselves through women, seek out only the hottest hotties and only consider themselves to be winning when such women are appropriately attracted to them.

Other than validating yourself through women (don't do that),

the other big problem is any man who is striving to improve will have a reference frame that is forever changing. Unless you are Brad Pitt level and have dined with the gods on Mt. Olympus, you could spend your entire life climbing the ladder and facing the same problems with sets of ever higher SMV women.

Guaran-fucking-teed that a non-zero number of my redpill brothers have never thought of SMV like I'm about to describe.

I'll put myself on the chopping block here. Two years ago I could not get laid for shit. A year ago I could reliably get laid with HB5-6s, and occasionally some HB7-8s.

Today as we speak I can reliably bag HB7-8s with some effort, have banged straight up models and novahot party girls here and there, and wade through an ocean of HB5-6 and belows on a daily basis.

Guess where I've been focusing all of my energy and attention this whole time? Girls who are either equal to or better than the hottest girl I've ever fucked. Why settle for less right?

And yet I struggle. Why?

As my SMV grows through hard work and mounting experience, the women I am capable of attracting are more and more beautiful, more popular, more connected, more likely to be alpha-widowed by Chaddington J. Thundercock III, more likely to have been passed around at a sex club rolling her tits off on molly, etc. etc. etc.

And so despite every gain made, my RELATIVE SMV compared to these women has remained more or less stable. Because the gap is so narrow I struggle with frame, outcome independence, getting them to truly submit and open up in the bedroom, having them judge me for the slightest mistake or moment of weakness, etc.

The best, most fun, most effortless plate I ever had? A HB6. She fell madly in love with me over the course of 3 months to the point where all of my friends continually remarked "dude that girl fucking LOVES you".

This is especially crucial to new guys with limited social and sexual experience. You need to learn what it is like to wield power in the relationship, whether it's a plate or LTR.

  • Step 2: Always continue building yourself. Watch your SMV rise like Icarus towards the sun, but remember, the higher you go the harder it gets. Don't be surprised when techniques and habits that worked for you before suddenly fail, because in the lofty heavens you will need ever newer, ever sharper skills to compete.

  • Step 3: For the love of all that is holy, this post is NOT intended to discourage you from reaching as high as humanly possible. Swing for the fucking fences. Hit on the hot girls you think are out of your league. Leagues are fucking bullshit. The best way to grow is to struggle with new challenges.

I cannot tell you the number of times I nut and roll off some chick thinking to myself "huh, never thought I could fuck a girl on her level." After it happens so many times you learn to realize it's not her being out of your league.. it's you failing to believe that you are in her league (or better.)
