Hot girls tend to associate attractive guys as wanting sex more than unattractive guys. They only see 10% of men in their reality the rest are just noise. And because of that I feel like they backward reason that unattractive guys don't or more likely shouldn't want sex with lots of hot girls.

Just saying if you're unattractive friend answered the "what kind of job do you want" question with "The job with the most hot girls" the girls would be disgusted: "How dare this genetically deficient beta want casual sex!? Know your place!"

You are not over looking. Girls see everything through sex. If they like him or think he is sexy and they want to fuck him, they will help him, regardless of the fact that other guy is maybe much better for that position. They simply do not see things that we see. They see everything through dick and pussy. Their horizons end there. Other guy can be experienced, great working ethics, professional, and loyal, but she will help the better looking guy.

That is why they are women and why many men consider them disgusting. That is why we threat them like are 10yr old sister. Besides other reasons.

They see your attractive friend as a human being and do what you do for people. They treat the way you treat a friend.

I'd say two things that are pretty much entirely speculative:

"being attractive gives you higher gains in life" -- I'd say its a fact but I have no sources, being attractive gets you more respect / raises / and in this case, more job offers.
"innate need to better humanity" -- women like attractive men, women know this and share access to the more attractive men.

Same thing happened to me years ago but a bit different situation. My alpha 'jerk' friend went to Europe and met up with our local mutual friend over there. She introduced alpha friend to her hot model friend and other girls. I (ultimate beta at the time) make the same trip a month later, I don't get to meet her hot model friend or any of her other friends. The only time she ever contacts me is when her bf (now husband) confessed to her that he fucked the fat neighbor. She came to me on tears and stayed over I guess to revenge fuck although I never caught on what she was trying to do at the time.
