Not only that, private paternity tests are illegal in France.

And along with this, the state defines fatherhood as social rather than genetic, so even if you can persuade the court to do the paternity test, they won't honour its result.

My theory is that this became a social movement to defend all the children of the war brides after WWII and maintain some social cohesion despite the influx of German blood (this doesn't overlap with the availability of genetic testing, but hereditary characteristics are often extremely obvious: hair colour, eye colour, etc).

If I was a pregnant woman after WWII, I'd be trying my best to insist that families are social rather than genetic, despite my child answering to Fritz.

Isn't that something! So they do not wish to maintain the peace by actually holding women accountable for their easy-spreading legs, or finding the biological father. Instead, if she signs your name on the birth certificate, you are basically screwed for life.

Pfft. You think France is in any material way different from America? They have just not gotten around to actually outlawing such testing here. Whether you can admit test results into court paternity disputes is often no easier in America than in France, depending on the state.

What is true in France is true here and throughout the West: Average Men not working for government, you are of very little value or concern to the Deep State government officials other than as income transfer providers. (And if needed, you are fodder for the Deep State self-protection mechanisms, which will draft you in a nanosecond if they feel they need your body for defense.)

Its funny to think that its the big bad woman behind all this. They just give the woman power to destroy society like that? Who is at the top giving women that power? Sure the hell ain't a woman. I think one would be wise to look into why such laws would be passed and enforced at the highest level and ignore not only the population that does not want it, but the rest of the legal system that defies it as well.

I didn't know that, even though I'm french.
It's double standard and biased, sure. But it's taken out of context.
The situation is not that bad for the following reasons :
First you need a woman crazy enough to go through that shit. I'm not saying it's impossible to find such woman in France, but it's very rare. French women are overall less crazy/feminist than in the US.
Then child support is a thing, but there are also a wide variety of State child support. So it's not that important or profitable to racket the man.
And last, the victim culture is less intense here. You can play the victim card up to a point. But once you reach a threshold, nobody believes you anymore and it can backfire. It already has.

Why did François Hollande released that woman ? Clearly not out of compassion. He's loosing track politically and is the most despised president in french history. So yeah, desperate measure to look good. Don't worry it won't happen again...

When a parental test comes up, technicians are told to confirm current father is the real one, by the ethics officer - for the benefit of the child. This was posted few times on MRA sub earlier.
