TL;DR:

Keep your complaints to yourself, and only open your mouth when you have a solution or are going to actively do something to remedy that complaint. Just saying, X is wrong/bad/annoying/etc. doesn't do shit, only solutions do anything to help your situation.

Yes , he is a 100% correct in that regard, however complaining can be a useful tool and there is a reason we have evolved with this trait.

People aren't depressed because they are lazy, they are depress because they have no direction and complaining is the first step.

Complaining is simply identifying a problem in your life, it is absolutely necessary to complain otherwise you won't need to change.

The problem is some people don't know how to fix the problem or simply unwilling to change it, and this is why you can't just complain you have to actually get up off your ass and do something.

A much better title would of been, "Don't just complain"

When I was blue pill, I was complaining about my lack of women, than I search on things I could do, complaining + Action is what lead me to redpill.

If I was content and happy with what I had, I would of still been a blue pill loser.
