TL;DR: Slighted women will take advantage of your weakness.

I'm on Netflix re-watching "The Kennedy's" one of my favorite documentaries/dramas, you should watch it if you haven't. On episode five, Joe Kennedy, the father of JFK has a stroke after getting some bad news. When it comes to women Joe Kennedy is just an older JFK, the guy was fucking his secretary well into his 60's. After he gets out of the hospital Mrs. Kennedy takes care of him, but her anger of his past infidelity starts to manifest itself and pushes her to mistreat him as he's in his weaker state.

When Joe was strong, walking around, taking care of business his wife didn't do anything. Was she hurt? Sure. Angry even? Of course, but she never acted on it until she saw his weakness. I started thinking about this and realized it wasn't the first time I've seen this happen.

There's another movie called "Madea's Diary of a Mad Black Woman that followed the same theme. This guy was a little more extreme, he did the shit right in her face and kicked his wife out the house at the same time he moved the new girl in, it was rough. The woman fought a little, screamed but she was still the victim until this man got into a car accident and became paralyzed from the neck down.

His wife also decided to care for him, but made it the worst time of his life while she did. Did he deserve it? Sure, but it's interesting that all that anger and hate both these women had for these men were swallowed until they saw physical weakness in them. I'm sure there are more examples, these were they ones that came to me.

Lessons learned:

  1. Your girl/wife never wants you to lose the skill that got her in the first place, she just doesn't want you to use it.

  2. Plates a plate, don't screw over your wife

  3. These cases were extreme, but never lose your strength.
