I don't for a second think being nurturing is blue pill in itself. It's only BP if you do it because your henpecking wife decides you should.

Paternal nurturing (aka mentoring) is the antithesis of BP.

But it isn't let me kiss your boo-boo and make it feel better, it's helping to set realistic goals and appropriate limits, and to inspire/motivate a child/protegee to be the best they can be. That's how you nurture somebody to be socially successful.

The whole "men are less empathetic" thing is a cornerstone of bluepill subconcious guilt-conditioning. Men aren't less empathetic, it's just that we take action instead of standing around talking about our feelings all fucking day.

I marked this as blue pill example, but I don't necessarily feel that is accurate. We are all human beings, we have emotions, we care for our families, we care for our children whom we want to raise right, etc.. but I could see many in this group looking at every one of these examples as beta behavior. I think if you are a good father, you have done all of these.

It's not. Men just don't get recognized for much, especially things that women normally do. On the reverse women that do those things "have the hardest job in the world" or feel empowered when doing a man's job.

So wait, they wrote nothing about dying in mine collapses? Doing heavy lifting their female coworkers can't for no extra pay (because paying them extra would be discrimination.) Doing all kinds of shit jobs while their wives sit at home and stuff their faces?

Bullshit.

Here's 5 things Men should teach their boys that don't get recognized in culture:

  1. Tell your kid he's going to die. Sooner rather than later if he doesn't get his shit together.

  2. Beat the crap out of him. If you don't teach him how to roll with the punches, he's gonna get hurt for real when real life gets its turn.

  3. Teach him about drugs, hedonism, discipline and exploitation of stupidity. Either you dole out the pleasure or you work your ass off for your share, which will be miniscule and insulting. Take your pick, figure it out, deal with it and stfu.

  4. Insult him in dangerous situations. If he doesn't learn to create a good situation out of a bad one with humor no one will trust him with dangerous equipment and important work that pays well.

  5. Punish him for shit his younger brothers and older sisters do. Responsibility means delegating authority. Authority is responsibility and you have to figure out why what I do work by seeing why your bullshit ideas about the world don't.
