Keeping a frame is not just about women. You can keep or lost your frame in about anything.

I keep my frame great. Until things go wrong.

Day started simply sucky. I got 10% of expected tax refund and I need money desperately (I am in negative account now). On my way back from the bank some old god damn prick started to yell at me without a reason. Something about political parties. Schizophrenic old dude. Then boss calls me that I have to do night shift regardless of the fact that I am on my day off.

As I was entering a grocery store some kid sprayed me with something like anti mosquito spray. In my attempt of avoiding it, my bag full of groceries ripped off and I had to collect shit. Some of my groceries fell in shelves so I had to pick them up.

Obviously some worker thought that I was stealing, because about minute after I finished picking up my groceries he jumped me from the back, pushed me into shelves, and held me for my shoulder really strong yelling something I did not hear because adrenaline shock.

And this is where instead of politely keeping my frame and asking him to check security cameras, I pushed him, started yelling, calling him names, and I was completely ready to fight this motherfucker. I get pissed off when someone pulls me around. After we resolved (2 minutes of really aggressive in-face talk, dude is no joke either ), I took my groceries back and threw it into shelves in the store, which resulted in quite a mess. On my way out I was cursing him and that grocery store.

Now, no way I will come back there and apologize. I could act better but they all together can go fuck themselves. It was not my day. Besides do not push me around.

But I wish I kept my frame. Seeing myself out of control is beta. Being out of control is beta. And it looks and feel awful. After so much reading, and changing, I still slip into stupid beta behavior. I am sure I looked like an idiot and I feel like one.

Frame is much bigger then just a woman thing. I am still grasping it, but it may be even most important part of man. You are your frame.

edit: English is not my native language, just to say. If I have any major grammar mistakes inform me.
