Hey guys, I've been a redditor for about 6 months now and swallowing the red pill for about half that time.

Anyway, I'm currently advancing my career as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. And I often use Red Pill theory when I'm working with individuals and groups. Being assertive, direct etc.

Two days ago, I was called in for a job interview. A very successful fitness company is opening a location a few miles away from where I live. So, I wore my best clothing, fitted button down, khakis, dress shoes, the like. The entire way to the interview between walking and using the subway, I stood tall, stayed relatively unemotional was assertive when I need to be.

Upon, arriving at the company's sales office, I was greeted by two female worker, both of them perked up, and were enthusiastic and were competing for my attention. One of them even asked if I had previously been in the military.

I was then interviewed by the head trainer, also female, the interview lasted for nearly an hour and a half and was probably the best I've ever done in such a setting. Her body language constantly displayed interest and she seemed to hang on everything I said. I wasn't being flirty, I was just speaking assertively, talking about when I previously assumed leadership roles and maintained frame when asked the 'tough questions.'

As we were wrapping up she checked her watch and realized that we had run nearly 20 minutes overtime. She then apologized for holding me up in case I had anything important to do, we walked in the lobby kept chatting for 5 minutes in front of the next candidate.

The two receptionists then both gave me their business cards and told me contact them if I needed anything.

Naturally, yesterday I sent an thank you email and got a prompt response. I was one of the first candidates, so I won't find out about my job status until next week.
