I think she has to be a giver, not a taker. Have As few sexual partners as possible (no more than 4), Be interested in the things you're interested in, And Be a more logical thinker than the average woman

It's something I've been studying lately because swallowing the RP means you won't be compatible with most women.

High sex drive low drama
Minimal shit testing
Gets you gifts and remembers items you want
Thinks about more than just makeup
Fewer sexual partners
Doesn't constantly crave attention

Cut ties:

Inconsistency [like saying she is a good girl when she went on the carousel around the whole town]
Excessive attention whore
Using sex as a weapon to withhold against you

You know what's neat about unicorns? They don't actually exist. They aren't rare or hard to find. They are impossible to find. I would also say this depends on the following-

How old are you?
How established are your right now (career, home, friends etc.)
Do you want a steady to date or do you want to raise children?

The best LTR material will depend on what you want out of the LTR.

Wow, there is no LTR material out there. Why? The marriage contract encourages divorce. Just no way around it.

You could attempt to not get married, but then the courts will consider you common-law married anyway. It's dangerous to even live with a woman. (Seeing as how modern women don't even know how to cook anyway, it doesn't really make sense to live with them.)

The only way I can see a LTR working out (that you live with) is if she makes considerably more money than yourself. I can't see any other way honestly.

If you're looking for a woman to take care of your household and raise your kids, you could try to marry as young as possible and be sure she wants a family. Still, you should be prepared for a divorce someday.
