Height

In terms of height, it's approx 182 cm (approx 6 ft) at peak.

Weight

From the following, it looks like the 80th percentile would be approx BMI 22 for men aged over 20 years:

The P80 marker for personal income (not household) is approx 57k USD to 58k USD.

Wealth / Net Worth

The stats for these appear less reliable than income, as it's easier for people to hide or miscalculate their net worth, and it fluctuates a lot more. Never the less, wiki and other sources have the stats, and the number vary from approx 250k to 500k range for the 80th percentile.

(EDIT: P.S. Don't fret over the wiki page. A majority of this net worth is from home equity. Also, the numbers are for family net worth, not individual. Again, it's variable, so do your own work and draw your own conclusions.)

Social Prowess

Most statistics on this matter are absolute bullshit because they are too subjective. To give you an idea, 18-24 year olds boast an average of over 500 friends (mostly due to Facebook).

Sexual Activity

This varies by multiple factors. Your own due diligence will be required. The CDC (Center for Disease Control - National Center for Health Statistics) may have what you need.

One source I've found from superficial Googling analyzes from published CDC stats on promiscuity of teenagers, with which you can compare your own history. (Adult statistics weren't as in depth for the study.) It might seem stupid, because people change, but it's one of the better and more comprehensive analyses I've found. Besides that, with teenagers, you eliminate various other factors such as income and career.

You can get 80th percentile for any set of stats by multiplying 0.84 by the standard deviation and applying that to the mean. You get the standard dev from dividing the CV (coefficient of variation) by 100 and multiplying that by the mean.

As an example, suppose you wanted stats for non-hispanic white. That is mean 1.4, CV 246.

2.46 * 1.4 = 3.444

Multiply that by 0.84 standard devs = 2.89296

Add that to the mean to get 4.29296... approx 4.3 sexual partners.

Now, all that being said, that should purely be for your own curiousity. It's not very useful.

Where you rank in the entire USA (not even the entire world) is worthless because it matters more to compare yourself to others around you. Municipal stats are more sporadic than national ones. Imagine if we increased the scope of this question to the entire world. Just by being in the USA, you'd already be in the top 80th percentile globally for multiple metrics, easily (except for healthy weight).
From my own experience, these numbers don't help much at all. As with other things discussed, your personal self-esteem should come not from comparing yourself to others, but yourself (you now, vs your past self). I've experienced this from childhood onwards. Always within the top 1% academically, and yet my mother still managed to make me feel like shit. There will always be some other people down the block who make you feel average at best. Suppose you move into a higher tax bracket. Your wife pressures you to move to a better neighbourhood. Great. Now there are new Jones's to compare yourself to.

Just get yourself moving and be proud of having moved forward from a past, inferior version of yourself.

How can you be satisfied to be in the "Top 20%" in a system, sexual market place, call it whatever you like, which is designed, run and regulated by women?

You need to either be strong in many areas, or very, very strong in one or two areas. There's no "bare minimum", this isn't admission to law school where you just fuck the LSAT and you get the pussy. You have to be qualitatively and holistically "attractive" - how high you have to be in any individual category completely depends upon your other areas.

Minorities can be part of the top 1%, let alone 20%. As an arab dude you're probably not becoming the next president or making it big in the blue blood Kennedy family circles, but you can go damn far in terms of SMV. Will you have to be stronger in some of the areas than a white dude? Quite possibly.

The problem with us telling you you need X Y and Z to be in the top 20% is that you will only give yourself permission to act and feel confident once you pass that threshold. See how that works - you will only behave like a top tier male when you have the logical ability to look at your metrics and say "huh, I am in the top % area!". That is silly though; most men take years upon years to build their bodies, careers, etc up to the top percentile. You should not wait until you are in a ferarri to behave with the confidence of a dude in a ferrari. I know many doctors who fall prey to this - they only start behaving like a high value guy when they turn 31, because they only feel high value when the big check comes. They start approaching women only after their best years in terms of testosterone are over.

Don't fall into that; just put this idea away for now and don't care about these metrics. Try to earn money and further your career and get in great shape, and be realistic if you need improvement, but you should be trying to get into that 20%, spinning plates, approaching women, getting rejected, etc, TODAY. Not after you actually break into the 20%

Stop looking at this as a math problem that has an easily identified solution. The Pareto principle (80/20) is instructive as a conceptual tool, but remember the famous line about statistics, "All models are wrong, some are useful".

The point is that in a normal distribution (bell curve) - the benefits of being on the far right of it are exponentially greater than they 'should' be. How do you get there? Look at yourself truthfully:

Somethings you can't control - height, elements of looks

Most things can be improved.

Formulate plans to make improvements.

Improve til you reach your goals, then keep improving.
