I use it to my advantage. The only things that go up in my photos (I heavily control tagging and such) are "high value" photos. Me jumping out of a plane, me in a photo with three hot chicks, etc. If a woman adds me and stalks my photos, she'll see someone that has a great time. I'm not on it very much though.

I don't use facebook to approach girls, but if girls want to "dig up dirt" on me with facebook then they won't find anything non-awesome.

Other than that, I use it to stay in touch with old friends and such as it really is easy to do so. I kinda miss the email days where you would take the time to write out your thoughts about your life and reaction to their emails, but meh life goes on.

I attempted to deactivate Facebook until I realized how many other platforms rely on Facebook Connect.

So I used a script to delete all my photos/status updates and I keep my profile around as a shell.

FaceBook is great. It helps me organise my social life and keep in touch with friends all over the world.

If you find that your FB wall is flooded with idiotic updates then you need to find out why you have idiots for friends.

Lastly, you don't have to add women on FB immediately after meeting them. Just tell them that you prefer to know someone for at least 3 months before you add them.

No need to delete it. Just ignore it. Nothing good comes of it.

I use it as a platform to share my pics when I'm abroad, but when I'm not traveling I completely ignore it.

Facebook is for businesses. It is not for you, because you are the product.

I only use it to network, to be able to have contact to some decision makers I wouldn't other wise be able to contact [some emails are hard to find,] or I use to to get laid. If you're on facebook, and you're not actively trying to use it for profit, then you are a product. This goes the same for pussy.

I deleted mine a long time ago. It will make you a rare commodity. Girls are fascinated when I say I don't have Facebook after they ask.

Deleted facebook about 2 years ago and I have no regrets. The only bad thing is a lot of people think you are either a serial killer or odd for not being on FB, but fuck them.

It's a good step for beta mitigation. What I mean is that, if you're already heavily invested in the failure cycle of overall beta-ness, which means you already have a Facebook full of failed attempts of hooking up and gaining the interest of women, unaccepted friend-requests, or even a full-repertiore of low-value friends on your friends list, or even regularly comment on your post, then by all means delete your facebook as soon as possible.

Not just this, but Facebook itself has fallen in value. It was at one time high-status to even be able to join Facebook, especially compared to the MySpace wasteland that HB's still have from middle school; now everyone has one, and it has the same status-value as your grandma.

Here's the rule, whether online or online, any scene has the same status as the least status person who participates. Facebook's status is exactly zero, because everyone is on Facebook. Used inappropriately, it can even hurt your game: It kills the mystery and intrigue, it can lower your perceived status, and the so-called "Facebook Game" is a joke that cries out "approach anxiety" whenever I hear of it on Seddit.

It's not exactly anti-game, but Facebook doesn't give you any advantage the way it used to. Deleting your Facebook, on the other hand, has definite advantages, at least on your own mindset and inner-game, if it also doesn't help push you out of your failure-cycle if you find yourself on the omega side of the male spectrum. But for the latter, you really need to change everything at once.

Facebook stalking a girl is the same as asking her the basic "where are you from/what do you do/do you have any siblings". When used correctly, Facebook is extremely helpful in maintaining social relationships. Instead of Facebook stalking someone, send them a message. If I haven't talked to a girl in several days and she's up late it's a perfect time to drop her a line. It's like texting but there's a little light that tells you "this bitch has her phone right next to her".

I maintain several long distance friendships that allow me to have places to stay when I travel. I've also had girls that were "friends of a friend" add me, and now I've opened a chick (and arranged to meet) without ever leaving my room. A couple times, girls were a little too tipsy to add their number in my phone correctly (as evidenced by the full alphabet being a phone number) and I was too tipsy to notice, but she added me on facebook the next morning to drop me a line anyway.

Facebook is awesome. It's also a medium that a majority of people use, so to not be on it because you don't have enough self-control to limit yourself is dumb. You should be on Facebook, Twitter, all that shit. It's just another chance to mold your image before anyone meets you. I wouldn't avoid it. You can't be alpha by taking yourself out of the social environment. The only way to be alpha is to be the best guy in that social environment.

you might as well not delete it if you have it, because keeping in touch with friends is pretty useful. if ur addicted then deleting is probably better, but i choose not to delete mine.

I don't understand why your 2 choices would be deleting it or checking it often? I just check it every 3 months more or less. That is not a lot of waste of time, I don't look at the wall, just the personal messages, I tell those people to send a fucking e-mail, it is 5 minutes, then again not for 3 months.
