The cameraman ABSOLUTELY had a right to film. People in public have no expectation to a right of privacy. Firmly embedded in American law, this is what makes news reporting, street photography, even CCTV surveillance legal.

Bicyclist had NO game plan after "I'm right in the middle of your shit."

I would have said, "And now you have to punch me as hard as you can or step away like the bitch you are. Because if you don't step away, I'll headbutt you as hard as I can and it will be in self-defence."

So funny that the cyclist had full Tour de France kit on, like he's some champion. If you're gay, just say it, man -- why do you gotta take up space in the bike lane?

Action starts around 2:50 - everything before that is pretty useless; no need to waste your life watching. TL;DR: she's stretching in public and cameraman is filming her ass at certain points.

I have to say - cyclist weenies are some of the worst people around in all aspects, and I say this as a cyclist weenie. The whole part about "you wish you could fucking work as hard as I can" was cringeworthy.

The cameraman is not a great guy by any means but he was well within his rights and everyone else was just being a busybody.

Notice there was no protest from the girl actually doing the flaunting...she knew cameras were on her tush, and she was eating it up, loving every second of it.

She's putting her tingle-box out there for everybody to see on a busy city street while wearing what are probably the shortest shorts in her dresser. If she wants to flaunt, he's just as free to videotape her crotch as he is to videotape a fire hydrant.

It is a long, long held legal position in this country that you have NO EXPECTATION to privacy while in public. If she doesn't want her crotch videotaped, she shouldn't be waving it in the air at eye level.
