Do I need to rant? I was your typical nerd at high school; focused on school, tried to not care what people thought of me. Long ago I realized how well the world treats you depending on your look.

The people I hung with were similar (reasonably intelligent, pushovers, less than average on the 10 scale). We're all about halfway through science related degrees.

One of my friends, Chris, was treated very well. Its almost ridiculous. Back in 2012 he was almost 150kg and over 6 ft. Very quick witted and enjoyable. Over the years he lost over 50kg and now he is seriously one of the best looking guys in the world. Think eyes like Angelina Jolie and aishwarya rai (but thinner) and a jawline mixed between Matt bomer and brad Pitt.

We've been going out clubbing over the past year but no one can get a hook up around him. All the girls just stare at him. Although he is a fantastic friend, most of our group are deciding whether to ease him out of our lives. His looks intimidate us and we are seriously torn.
