The feminism movement pushed for equality. What happened is that men took on a totally new approach to equality. They essentially became pussies. They gave up their role as leader and started acting like true "equals" by offloading some of mans responsibilities onto the woman.

Women want to be treated as equals, but they want NONE of the responsibility that comes with it. If you attempt to treat them as "true" equals and give them the responsibilities, you quickly become unattractive.

Its in our DNA to be the leader, no matter how much society changes, it is how we are wired. I believe in equality between man and woman, but my life lessons have taught me that as a man, I need to step up as a leader. The leader needs to lead certain aspects of the relationship and ensuring equality is one of them.

When you attempt to co-lead as equals, she will bear some of the responsibilities and in turn she will quickly lose respect for you. No one wants to be a part of a group with an incompetent leader. Do not offload leader responsibilities onto the woman. You are trying to be equal, but you are just making yourself appear weak. Being overly emotional, insecure, very undecisive, constantly making someone elses needs (even hers) a higher priority than the groups (the relationships) needs are all signs of being a weak leader.

You can apply this philosphy to how you behave in bed. Are you timid, reserved and always trying to please her? Or do you take charge, get what you want, while also ensuring her needs are met? The interaction in the bedroom is a pretty good reflection of how you interact outside of the bedroom.

Ive been that guy in both scenerios. Guess which one turned out to be the better relationship. Be the leader and go get what you want. Woman want to be treated as equals and I think they should be, but they also want you to lead. Take charge, but be loving and fair. You will command respect without asking for it.
