A realisation I’ve had recently which has assisted me in holding frame.

Believing that you are better than everyone else

It allows you to express who you are without caring for the judgment or criticism of others. You are then able to express yourself openly and honestly, without hesitation.

It allows you stop worrying so much about how you impact others. Mistakes are unavoidable, but your focus will remain on your actions, actions that prioritise your achievements. By staying on track you will learn much faster.

Your immunity to criticism stems from value in your way of thinking over the way others think. What you believe is not compromised. You can laugh at the thoughts and/or beliefs of others if they contradict yours.

A girl is never on a pedestal and she is never unobtainable by default. If you’re better than them you don’t fear interaction with them. If she rejects any form of advancement from you, then she’s the one missing out.

Believing you’re better than everyone else is the concentrated form of “fake it til you make it”. When you personify “fake it til you make it”, you strut around as though you are someone you look up to, respect, and admire. You speak and feel as though you demand respect and in doing so, quite often you do get that respect. If not, you don’t care for their opinion because you consider yourself better than them because you are behaving as (Insert Idol) would. Why bother pretending when you can build yourself up?

Any time you feel weak or anything less than how much better you are than everyone else, remind yourself of what makes you better then so many out there. Write those things down and read them every time your will starts to diminish. You lift, you eat right, you have a good job, a nice car, intelligent friends, WHATEVER. Hell, use the fact that you’ve swallowed the red pill and laugh about all the delusional blue pillers in the world. Dominate conversations. This subreddit is swarming with good advice. Learn what it takes to be one of the strongest individuals of our species and then take steps toward becoming that. Even if you don’t make it all the way you’ll have accomplished so much more than the losers still jerking off and playing video games for hours a day.

This is a practical side to social development. Move away from the theory for a while.

My final note on this is to make sure you can justify your ideas and beliefs. Don’t make claims you don’t understand just because you read it somewhere. Know your shit. Even if you do get into a debate and end up being completely wrong, you’ll have stood up for your beliefs until the last breath.
