I mean, if Tyrone is 6'2" and the bottom left corner she is 2.5 inches shorter than him considering the eye level matches his mouth, I'd say a nearly 6' woman probably prefers a taller man. Not saying that the intern, at almost her height isn't a better choice, but if given only the 2 options, I sort of understand why she picked him.

Also, Tyrone was totally getting his life together before he met Lily. He was studying for his GED and working at the corner store. In the bottom left, it shows her covering her face and him not, meaning she did not make herself vulnerable by disclosing her identity.

Given this information, she actually contributed to Tyrones death by forcing hiim to defend her against the Kingpin gang. After Tyrone perished in the street for her selfish power struggle, she couldn't find a good man while pregnant with Twins. She just kept getting pumped and dumped by men that only wanted to take their place in the gang hierarchy instead of having a meaningful relationship with her. Let's take a look at this, gents.

In a deregulated sexual marketplace, as between George and Tyrone, Ty is more objectively sexually attractive. By orders of magnitude.

So that's what is going on here. Lesson: George can't change his overall nature or height or facial structure. But he can

1) tone up and lift weights, get in shape, lose the paunch.

2) get an interesting hobby that appeals to a broad spectrum of people (not model railroading. Not video games.)

3) Stand up for himself and stop putting up with bullshit from people, especially Lilys.

4) Learn to spot, recognize and avoid gold diggers, bailout seekers, and 30-year-old coming-up-on-the-Wall bioclock roaring in their ears like a freight train women. And here's what that freight train is saying:

5) Shut women down immediately by cutting them off and ghosting at the first sign of any bullshit. Do not take one ounce of bullshit from a woman.
