Note on the "Guaranteed fun on your first ride, or your next one is free!". It appears that she is selling her "services". This would actually make more sense than chasing a beta bux down. She is chasing beta bux, but only for financial incentives.

The profile is really subtle and it's hard to make out what she wants or her motives.
