And here we have, gentlemen, the attempt at playing the "sympathy card" to not only garner attention, but to boost their faltering ego with the replies of the like minded.

This really has NOTHING to do with dating at all. It is a direct assessment of all the "simps" and "white knights" in the room that are willing to come to her emotional rescue and sustain her narcissistic needs.

"Dating" isn't hard for the gender that seemingly has control over it... though that is slowly changing (at least for those that have woken up to see most women for what they really are...)

Even the ugliest of these bear traps will snag a fox once in a while, and they'll thrive off it thinking that's what they deserve EVERY time. When they don't get it, the sympathy routine gets put into play to satiate their "poor me" state of mind.

These garden trolls know EXACTLY what they're doing, they're just hoping that those they intend to draw in and manipulate don't see it... sad fact is, most won't and will give her exactly what she wants/needs at the time.

Rule of thumb: unless they lived very remote/rural or looks very young for their age - no relationship experience by the mid-20s is a red flag.
