Obviously I know we shouldn’t be dating atm because we can’t go on a date. But before corona if I met a guy on a dating app for instance I wouldn’t give him my number, they’d eventually say that they want it and to have a call to take things further. And I would call on a private number first one/two times as I find it weird to just give out my number to a stranger even if messages have been flowing well.

But how do you feel about a video call? I know some people think it could turn sexual etc as it’s you and him over the phone not in a public setting. But tbh it’s corona and yes I’m not actively dating but getting on a video call to see if you’re compatible isn’t a bad idea right?!

I don’t mean a video call date btw I would just wait for after corona, just to vet them more as I don’t like messaging back and forth I like to get on the phone as I can catch them out straight away.

What do FDS’ers think?
