Then she will say something like "well(FIFY) I feel like you're acting distant or feel annoyed."

I get this alot actually. Its just a comfort test. I usually say something like "Well thats on you" and then go in for a kiss.

You need to read NMMNG and WISNIFG. Ingrain this in your head: You are NOT responsible for her feelz. You CANT fix her feelz, no matter how tempting it is for you mr white knight to do it. Dont be her emotional tampon via text. "I feel like blah blah" = "Im bored. I feel like blah blah blah and its up to you to fix that, so lets hear some of your suggestions to make me feel better until im entertained enough". Just answer "We can talk about this at home". Let her have her girlfriends as her emotional tampons, dont be her girlfriend. Be her man.

Then dont bring this up. Most likely her mood changed and it wont matter to her anymore. If she does bring it up, just acknowledge her feelz and dont DEER (defend / explain / excuse / rationalize). "Yeah, I understand that you may feel this way". Give her a bear hug, kiss on the forehead, "Im here for you", and move on with your day. Reward her with your time/attention/affection when she is acting good, punish her by withdrawing those when she is acting like a bitch. She knows when she is acting like a bitch, you dont need to explain it to her.

We don't have enough context to say for sure in your case, but these are usually garden variety shit tests. What she is really saying is, "I'm bored, and I want you to fix it." This is where you AA (or maybe AM if the kairos is right), and tease her a bit. Get a big, shit eating gin on your face and say something like, "oh, I am soooooooo seething with rage at you. I am about to be out of control. You had better run for your life!" and then, depending on the relationship you have with her, start to chase her and tickle her. Really play it up and make it clear that you are teasing her. Remember, charm is treating women like little girls.

If your wife does something that mildly annoys you, you're no more obligated to tell her so than to tell that guy who smokes within 15 feet of the entrance at work.

If she does something that annoys you and then asks whether it bothered you, tell her the truth (nicely). That's just common courtesy.
