I don't think these are shit tests. She is just using you for servitude and you happily comply. She should be taking care of her own shit.

Shit test is a test of character. You don't have any to test. Shit tests will happen when you start expecting her to pick up for herself.

Tests can be divided into two categories: compliance and congruence tests.

Your first example was a textbook compliance test: she asked for something like a queen, and you complied, like a servant. That was the basic dynamic between you in that case. There are multiple ways to deal with these, one of the easier ones is asking for something in return. This way the favor you doing to her is TRADED for something you want (ok, babe, but you give me a backrub for it). If you do not trade, you basically communicating that she is worth the favors without doing anything for it.

The other kind of test is congruence test, those are the ones that are usually recognized as shit tests. In a congruence test, the woman is testing you if you are really as confident as you appear, or is it just a facade. But you don't have to worry about those right now, but as you start to redefine your relationship, she will bombard you with these as well, so be prepared.

From the examples you mentioned, your wife clearly thinks she has higher value than you, and she deserves all those things from you (effectively she is trading the fact that she is with you in exchange for the favors you do for her). Work on your value and move the relationship to a healthier balance, and that is the time when she has to work for being with you (in the form of regular sex and blowjobs for example).

Yes, alternate mornings or come up with a schedule. When my wife has to open we tag team the kids. But, we are both up and dressed together before we get them. Do we get less sleep? Yes. Is the morning much less stressful since we planned ahead, absolutely.

Wake up together earlier, have coffee, then together get the kid up and going or have one make his breakfast while the other dresses him.

I've been ignoring, using AA or just "no" with demands and requests to buy her things but the previous I'm not sure about.

Is this getting the results you want or not getting the results you want? And the answer doesn't have to be about sex. If you are happier, that is a good result.
