Well, your life sucked and you internalized it. That’s seeped into every area of your life. Not just your bedroom.
Now you’re rebuilding your life in the way that you want it to look.
If I had to guess, your current position and responsibilities don’t do much for you. You don’t really want the job but keep it because of the paycheck. You also seem to be holding onto previous accolades, which are only thinly validating your existence. These will wane even more over time. And you’re absolutely correct that a new employer would fire you quickly because they wouldn’t care about your “old” status. Just like any new potential sexual partners would ghost you quickly because you’re no longer the young, attractive guy you once may have been.
As you OYS, keep an open mind about how being red pilled means unplugging from ALL you’ve thought was correct. What if you really want to be a river guide in Wyoming and not an executive at a company making lots of money? What would stop you?
So you don’t fix the job; you fix yourself. If your job is still what you want, you’ll get back into the swing of things.

This sounds like clinical depression to me. I'm not a fan of addressing it with medication, but I'd be looking for a therapist who specializes in CBT and possibly ADD. Motivation at work ebbs and flows for most people but 18 months of this seems like you'd benefit from outside help. Alternatively if it's really just trouble with procrastination, try going through this program's worksheets etc on your own. https://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Resources/Looking-After-Yourself/Procrastination

No kids, good paying job, doesn't sound so bad. Put plenty of time in the gym, and that should go a long way to fixing the negative feelings. Just don't put a baby in it.
Sidebar and lift, bro. You're fed up with life. So what, you have a wife that doesn't have much desire. Kill the covert contract that she will want to bang you. Would life be better if you weren't married? What's the fucking difference at this point in your life? You have no kids! This is marriage on low financial risk easy mode.
Get yourself in shape, kill the idea of earning desire through providing for a woman, and do things that you want to do, that you enjoy. Have you ever seen a depressed woman make moves on a guy? Quite frankly it's repulsive, although it surely feels less repulsive than when a depressed man comes on to a woman. A woman will be far more inclined to want to bang a guy that has things in his life that fill him with passion.
Of you're just going to whine, nobody will be able to help you. Only you can.

I don't know what's going on. Maybee I stoped caring about anything in life? Maybee I want to loose my job so that she would leave me?
You don't know who you are or what you want. 40 years of walking around on autopilot has finally caught up to you.

You have zero discipline.
So you clearly don't lift.
Fix the lifting. You fix the other.

You are well on your way to becoming beta bucks; although, you don't need me to tell you that... Here is the deal, as the others have pointed out, you have to start from zero and build your life up to what you want to do. It's the same formula for every retard that comes here - STFU, lift, sidebar, and OYS.
In reality, you should be crushing your life at 40 as you are in your prime SMV years. Yet, here we are... The good news for you is that a solid year or two of work will get you way further ahead than you can imagine, but you have to start the work. Go lift and read the first three books on the sidebar before even thinking about making another post.

What are you afraid of at work?

Stats? You started lifted but did you continue? Getting enough sleep and eating nutritiously? Relaxing and recharging on the weekends? Got friends and social connections? Doing fun things? What are you procrastinating with? You know you can get software to setup times to block distracting websites and programs.
