Hi guys,

I could use some advice here as I have been uneasy about the way men get screwed in divorces for some time now.

So I have been married for about 6 years to a hot Polish girl from a good home with strong values and I do love her.

We have been a bit stale with the sparks for a while now (both of our fault) and I have an opportunity to potentially get out of the relationship at her fault so I strongly believe I have a shorty window of opportunity where as I can just give her most of the assets (some cash, furniture, no house) and keep my income which is about 60% higher than hers.

The thing is, I do love her, she is 29 and im 37, so I think I will always be attracted as we age. It took me a long time to find one like this and she really does take care of me.

No kids - she doesn't want kids ever and I probably don't either.

I can tell you, people are jealous of our relationship. Her friends as well as mine. Im a good provider/strong leader and she's hot/loyal.

She just scored a sweet job that has the income potential in the next few years to match my current income, but im confident I will double in the next 3-5+ years or so…No real reason to think this other than I keep pushing and  always get what I want.

I work from home and have 2 offices in different countries that I can move to or visit for extend periods of time. Im fit/lift, good looking, make 6 figs and growing, have/continue to traveled the world and when I talk about it, chicks drool over me as a catch, so I don't think it will be hard to get laid, but to find another real gem with good values/intentions might be tough….

I guess what im getting at is that I do want to stick around and stay with her, but I feel that if I ever did want to leave after this window of opportunity passes, I will have to split assets and share my income for 50% of the time we are married and god forbid we go over 10 years. Im totally fucked.

I have spoken to a lawyer or two and both think postnups agreements are trash.

Sorry of this is choppy. I have lots on my mind.

Any advice here would be great.
