I would highly recommend this book when you read toward the end, there is "Womanese- Speak" and it does a bit of elaborating on it. My thoughts on that is, is there truly and answer for some of the shit they say ?

Part of what we say in the idea of STFU, is not to be deaf, dumb and mute, but not to play into some of the shit, as in you have nothing to say, but especially staying an emotional tampon or becoming one

How about less reading on STFU and more DOING STFU?

For now it's simple, be happy and talkative about awesome shit.

STFU about complaints until you complete an EGO check or create your vision. At that time you can verbalize you're disappointment (in an emotionally self managed way) or realize you shouldn't complain about whatever it is.

IE regardless of my leadership, I know that my wife cares less about turning off lights and picking up after herself than I do. My complaining about the 10% of times she does this is stupid and low value. It's important to me, I do it, I STFU about it and I ego check myself that I can't control her.

STFU is a thing that is often praised here yet I disagree, I won't put up with the shit, why should I STFU when someone is simply wrong, illogical or any other stuff. Somewhere I read about alpha 1.0, alpha 2.0 well I certainly belong to the alpha 1.0 natural douchebags that rather end a ltr than put up with shit everyone on their own, but there are still women that have respect and I would rather have self dignity and be solo than to laugh about the dumbness and to make her giggle when she is tryin to fight my masculinity.

Example: I had a ltr that was annoyed because I drove, in her opinion, too aggressive and bumped the horn when some idiot in front of me drove too slow, at the red lights he went outside, I pulled my window and told him to get in his car or else I'm getting him in there if he doesnt get in NOW, my girlfriend went pissy "stop being so aggressive are you retarded to put on such a show? thats completly irresponsible and embarassing" I did not smirk, I told her to shut the fuck up or else she can take a cab and pay it for herself (we have been at another country, ca. 20 kg distance to our hotel) she knew Im dead serious on this, she did not talk for the rest of the drive, yet at home she cook dinner and acted like nothing ever happend. Its not about STFU or anything else, its about what kind of person you are and if you are actually "alpha" or a show
