Ever since about a year ago my libido has gone to shit,I went from almost nonstop fapping and jizzing literally 7-9 times a day to basically sex almost never being on my mind, i'd be lucky to fap and ejaculate more than twice a week now

It takes many months (3-9+) to recover from issues with porn. Without sexual contact with women, it's even harder.

I have a similar issue. I'm managing to get erections again but still have issues with sex drive, it's like I have a block. Not a virgin anymore but I've only ever paid for it and had lame experiences.

You need to do Nofap for 90 days but start a healthy masturbation cycle after that. Obviously no more porn.

Lift and do exercise regularly. Increase your testosterone levels. Mine are horrendously low. There's a post on the main forum about increasing sex drive.

Meditate and try not to get too warped by the negative shit on here. The negative shit in addition with low self esteem and zero past success, for me equalled mental boner killer.

And just go out and try and flirt with girls and shit, try some bars. Be outcome independent. Talk to everyone. Know girls don't mean shit. Act better than them, be a dick sometimes. The ones who get on board will ignite your desire. After that it's about building attraction and escalation. Not every girl is the same though.

Have your doctor test your sex hormone levels and do these tests. It's a simple blood test that checks a variety of different hormones. You can also take DHEA which is a supplement, available over-the-counter at most pharmacies. I'm a female but discovered I had low testosterone which was causing fatigue, weight gain, zero sex drive, and a host of other symptoms, after my doctor recommended doing a blood test to check hormone levels. My doctor told me to get DHEA from my local pharmacy and said females typically start at 5 mg a day, while males start at 10-15 mg a day and after several weeks, can raise or lower the dose, depending on how you're feeling. Check these links and see if you have the same symptoms, if so, go get DHEA and take it daily for a month or two and see if it helps: Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) in Men, Low DHEA Level: Overview, DHEA Deficiency and Treatment. You should also get your thyroid, adrenal, and cortisol levels checked. Hope this helps.

Weed absolutely killed my sex drive. Took a long time to recover (I'm talking months). It doesn't kill desire though, but it impacts your hormones. Your mind want to fap but the dick and the body doesn't follow.

In combination with porn / lack of exercice / highish bodyfat / no sex / probably shitty diet... no wonder your libido sucks.

Probably need to make some lifestyle changes, do you have any addictions, maybe dopamine overstimulation could be a factor.
